Ok I ruled out [name_u]Emery[/name_u] from another thread. We want a cute boy name that is strong and unique. Still like [name_m]Lars[/name_m] ([name_m]Larson[/name_m]) and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] ([name_m]Charles[/name_m]) but have a few more now-
Siddhartha ([name_m]Sid[/name_m]) Sathe-husband is part [name_f]Indian[/name_f]
[name_u]Ollie[/name_u] ([name_m]Oliver[/name_m])- love [name_u]Ollie[/name_u] but it might be too popular
Bendixen ([name_m]Ben[/name_m] or [name_u]Xen[/name_u])- DH family name
[name_m]Archie[/name_m]
[name_m]Grant[/name_m]
[name_u]Alfie[/name_u] ([name_m]Alfred[/name_m])- DH doesn’t love this one though

I feel like I am getting no closer, ugh. With a week to go it’s really stressing me out.

Of course, [name_m]Archie[/name_m] gets my vote :slight_smile: [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is handsome, as well.

I adore/love [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], [name_m]Archie[/name_m], and [name_m]Grant[/name_m]. Personally I would not use a nickname for [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] (full name) would be my top two.

I adore [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], though I don’t like nn [name_u]Ollie[/name_u]. [name_m]Grant[/name_m] would be my second choice. I would for sure put Bendixen in the middle–such a cool family honor name:) [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] Bendixen?

[name_m]How[/name_m] certain are you that you would actually stick with Siddhartha or Bendixen? If you do pick an [name_f]Indian[/name_f] name for this baby, would you be ok with continuing the trend for possible siblings? I think they’re really cool and it’s a nice way to connect to your husband’s family and heritage, but they just seem like a complete departure from your style and the other names you love. Putting them in the middle would certainly be the easier choice. But maybe you need something different since you’re not really settling on your other choices?

Of the others, I still like [name_m]Larson[/name_m] a lot.
