Married:
1-8: still married
9-10: divorced or widowed (roll for a new relationship)
Engaged:
1-7: married
8-9: broke up (roll for a new relationship)
10: were married, but recently divorced or widowed (roll for children as if they were still married, and do not roll for a new relationship this round)
Dating:
1-4: broke up (roll for a new relationship)
5-9: married
10: engaged
Step 2: New relationships
Roll for new relationships for every unpartnered person over 18.

Step 3: Children
Men aged 20+ and women aged 20-46 can have children.
