Thanks! I’m so happy to know you agree and the middle names are lovely!

It’s a fantastic sibset and I would’ve clicked love it, but I just don’t feel like [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] and [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] belong. It’s the right era and all, I just find them too extravagant with the other names, lovely as they are. That’s my only qualm, though. It’s perfect otherwise!

i like them all except [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] ( i do like it i just don’t think it fits here). What about [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_f]Verity[/name_f] instead?

I love it! I think maybe [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] stands out a bit, but they’re still all very lovely together.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Virginia[/name_f]
[name_m]Victor[/name_m] [name_u]Lyle[/name_u]
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_f]Adaline[/name_f]
[name_m]Edmund[/name_m] [name_m]Henry[/name_m]
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Roland[/name_m]
[name_f]Philippa[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f]
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Geraldine[/name_f]
[name_m]John[/name_m] [name_u]Wallace[/name_u]
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]

That was my problem too… I thought it make it a bit better if I made them the youngest and said that their older siblings named them. I adore [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] and [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] but after those two it can be hard to find sibling names. also thank you for the great middle names!

I agree that they don’t flow as well but I love them so much I don’t want to drop them. [name_f]Edith[/name_f] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f] are great but [name_f]Edith[/name_f] is too close to [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a female for of [name_m]John[/name_m]. I’m so glad you like the set otherwise

i think [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] actually works well, just not [name_f]Philippa[/name_f]. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]? [name_f]Mary[/name_f]? [name_f]Anne[/name_f]? [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]? [name_f]Diana[/name_f]? [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]? [name_f]Violet[/name_f]? [name_f]Verity[/name_f]? [name_f]Sybil[/name_f]? [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]?

I was actually considering [name_f]Anne[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! What do you think of [name_f]Augusta[/name_f]?

i like [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] more here than [name_f]Philippa[/name_f]!

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f]? [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]? [name_f]Martha[/name_f]? [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]? [name_f]Laura[/name_f]? [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]?

I think it’s almost there. The nicknames need a little tweaking imo. Maybe [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] nicknamed [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] would fit a little better, [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] nn [name_f]Dora[/name_f] and [name_m]John[/name_m] nn [name_m]Jack[/name_m] or change [name_m]John[/name_m] to [name_m]Jack[/name_m]/[name_u]James[/name_u]. I think that sibset is very cohesive and sweet.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]/[name_f]Melita[/name_f]
[name_m]Victor[/name_m] [name_m]Benedict[/name_m]
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_m]Edmund[/name_m] [name_m]Louis[/name_m]
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Peter[/name_m]
[name_f]Philippa[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_m]John[/name_m]/[name_m]Jack[/name_m]/[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]

I love the name Augusta! but I still like Philippa better…

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] are male versions of [name_m]Charles[/name_m], [name_f]Martha[/name_f] is a bit close to [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a bit to close to [name_m]John[/name_m] but I’l definitely look into [name_f]Laura[/name_f] and [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]. Thanks for the help!

I love [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] what do you think of the nickname [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] and the nickname [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] for [name_f]Theodora[/name_f].

maybe [name_f]Anna[/name_f], [name_f]Frances[/name_f], or [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] would work? sorry if these names haven’t been all appropriate, i wasn’t really comparing them with your other names, just throwi g out some ideas which might fit in your period. maybe some additional info about your story could be helpful- eg. personalities, age, time period, are they upper class, middle class or pooorer what kind of jobs do they have?

would [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] have been used as a nn for a girl in your time period? [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is cute

My story takes place modern day or in the future actually

oh! that changes things a bit lol. I thought from the name style it was set in like Victorian times, so those names migt not have been in use then. But since its in the present [name_f]Philippa[/name_f] should be fine
