DH and I discovered last week that babies 3 & 4 will be girls!
We already have 2 daughters [name]Zoey[/name] [name]Claire[/name] & [name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Rose[/name]. We’re now trying to find names that go with those for the twins.
Some random names that we like so far -
[name]Imogen[/name] < DH is very fond of this one and it’s Shakespeare connection.
Valentina
Bront”
Eden
Cerys
Keziah
Alessia
Xanthe
Chiara/Kiara
Liliana
Bronwyn
Eliana
Our surname begins with ‘Mc’
Any comments, advice or suggestions would be welcomed.
I really like the name [name]Bronwyn[/name]. It’s a name we are thinking about for our little girl. For some reason, people have had odd reactions to the name (for us at least) but, we keep coming back to it. I think its beautiful and original, and not overdone. And I think [name]Carys[/name] goes really nicely with it. [name]How[/name] exciting 4 girls and two sets of twins. Congrats.
I really like the combo [name]Alessia[/name] and [name]Bronwyn[/name]. I also like the names [name]Valentina[/name], [name]Kiara[/name], and [name]Liliana[/name]. Plus I love the names of your other two girls! Good luck choosing a name!
Congratulations on the twins! Here are the combinations I came up with from your list:
[name]Imogen[/name] and [name]Bronwyn[/name]
[name]Valentina[/name] and [name]Liliana[/name]
[name]Eden[/name] and [name]Cerys[/name] (or [name]Carys[/name])
[name]Bronwyn[/name] and [name]Cerys[/name]
This is what I have been trying to say to DH. I am so sure if we use the name [name]Imogen[/name] she will get the nickname [name]Immy[/name] if not by us then by others and that to me is way too close to [name]Emme[/name].
I like: Zoey, Emmeline, Carys, and Liliana. Cerys seems like a very confusing spelling. I think most people would try to pronounce is SEER-is. Liliana goes well, but I think Lilian or Lilia would be better.
I think I like [name]Bronwen[/name] and [name]Carys[/name]. I love [name]Imogen[/name] but agree that it is too close to [name]Emmeline[/name]. I also think [name]Bronte[/name] could be fun - [name]Bronte[/name] and [name]Carys[/name] maybe?
[name]Imogen[/name] - [name]Love[/name] this name to death! So lovely and graceful.
[name]Valentina[/name] - Cute as well.
Bront” - [name]Don[/name]'t like this at all. It’s harsh for a girl and sounds like it’s trying to hard to sound elegant and cool.
[name]Eden[/name] - Cute!
[name]Cerys[/name] - Not a fan. Makes me think of Cereal.
[name]Keziah[/name] - This is okay. It’s an underused Biblical name, yet still, I’m not sure if it’s ready…
[name]Alessia[/name] - [name]Don[/name]'t like this at all. Why not [name]Alexa[/name], [name]Alexandra[/name], [name]Alexis[/name]?
[name]Xanthe[/name] - I like, but I don’t think I’d ever use it. Too out there.
[name]Chiara[/name]/[name]Kiara[/name] - Not a fan either. It’s forgettable. Why not [name]Kiera[/name]?
[name]Liliana[/name] - Cute! But I do prefer [name]Lillian[/name].
[name]Bronwyn[/name] - Not a fan. See [name]Bronte[/name].
[name]Eliana[/name] - This one is forgettable in my opinion. [name]Eliora[/name] is better.
[name]Imogen[/name] < DH is very fond of this one and it’s Shakespeare connection.

Let me say that I ADORE your daughter’s names, especially together. They are just perfect together. Seriously. Ooh now I’m going to be picky about something to match them! My favorite from your list is Liliana, by far. Zoey, Emmeline and Liliana fits nicely, as does the nn Lily. Honestly most of the names on your list, while very pretty and uncommon, don’t match your daughers’ names, especially Zoey, which is cute and modern as opposed to something like Valentina or Xanthe, which are much more eccentric.
Personally I think the name that would fit your sibset perfectly is Tessa. Zoey, Emmeline and Tessa is just precious, and I also love Zoey, Emmeline and Tess. I think Katherine nn Kate and Sophie would also fit nicely, but they both may be too popular. In that case, maybe you would like Katerina nn Kate (that matches the exotic feel of your current list) or Sylvie? I’m also liking Zoey, Emmeline and Cora or Zoey, Emmeline and Clara. So cute
Alright just to reiterate…my favorite from your list is Liliana (nn Lily?) which is just a gorgeous and adorable name. Love it.
