2 more name questions!

Hey all! We’ve been talking about the last 2 names on our list and trying to put middle names with them. So you’re aware, we like Greek names and are trying to make sure that all the kids have a Greek name in there some where.

So here are our other names:

[name]Damien[/name] [name]Quillon[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] ([name]Quillon[/name] is Greek)
[name]Alexander[/name] [name]Constantine[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] ([name]Alexander[/name] is Greek)
[name]Persephone[/name] [name]Elysia[/name] ([name]Persephone[/name] is Greek)
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Zephyrine[/name] ([name]Zephyrine[/name] isn’t Greek, but is a French variation of a Greek name, so we decided it works)

Now we need to know if 1) These two names sound good independently and 2) If they sound good with the sibset.

[name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] ([name]Sophia[/name] is Greek)
[name]Valerian[/name] [name]Garrett[/name] – I know this was a [name]Roman[/name] Emperor but I’ve also found that it is English or Greek variation of [name]Valerius[/name]? IDK Opinions? Also I know that the comboh as weird flow but hubby really wants [name]Garrett[/name]. If you have other suggestions, feel free to throw them out there. Maybe a real Greek name for the middle.

What do you guys think?

Also, we would love to honor my [name]Goddess[/name], [name]Athena[/name], and his God, [name]Apollo[/name], but can’t find a combo that works.
So we were also thinking about:

[name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Athena[/name]
[name]Valerian[/name] [name]Apollo[/name]

What do you think? Other suggestions?

Sorry this is so long and THANKS in advance!

You might like this list, its in french but you can find a translator on google but most of them I think translate easy if you just skip down to the names, Liste de prénoms grecs — Wikipédia the naming tables are as follows
Greek name, translations, diminutives, french version of name.

TONS of fun choices! Of course I recommend [name]Apollinaire[/name]/Apóll”n and Athénaïs! I know a lot of them are unusable or maybe over the top but if you want to go through all of them I think you might find a few choices and maybe some new names

I like [name]Genevieve[/name] and [name]Athena[/name] together with [name]Athena[/name] as a first name but its nice either way. [name]Valerian[/name] just makes me think of [name]Valerian[/name] root though  Good luck!

BTW Im not the best at putting combos together or a great judge of them but I think yours sound fine.

Here’s a similar list in Italian (which I dont speak) but its just name tables so it’s pretty easy to understand (I think lol)

Thanks for the response!

I looked at the list you gave me and I actually like some of the names:

[name]Emilien[/name]
[name]Apollinaire[/name]
[name]Augustin[/name]
[name]Valerien[/name]
[name]Cyprien[/name]

[name]Apolline[/name]
[name]Arabelle[/name]
[name]Violette[/name]
[name]Marietta[/name]

So thanks for posting! Anyone else want to help?

I think all of your names go extremely well together. They’re all very cohesive.

I love both [name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] and [name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Athena[/name] equally, I think it really depends on your surname. Whichever sounds best with that is what I would go with.

[name]Valerian[/name] [name]Apollo[/name] definitely sounds better than [name]Valerian[/name] [name]Garrett[/name].

Thanks for responding nasamanthas! I love both my [name]Genevieve[/name] names equally too and that’s the problem!

My surname is [name]Thomas[/name], btw.
