29 weeks pregnant! Help!

I am due [name]July[/name] 15 of this year and it coming faster than ever. I am having such a hard time finding names for my little girl! I like names such as [name]Lucia[/name], [name]Domenica[/name] (I am very Italian) and [name]Spencer[/name], [name]Aria[/name] (not from Pretty [name]Little[/name] Liars, I just happen to like those names) I need help thinking of names similar to this so people don’t think I am naming my daughter after a TV show! I also like traditional names like [name]Emily[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name]. All help is appreciated, thank you soooo much!

I love [name]Lucia[/name], too. From your list, I´d choose [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] as a name.

Other suggestions:

[name]Gemma[/name] [name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Rosa[/name] [name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Emily[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Maria[/name]

[name]Lucia[/name] is very pretty, as is [name]Aria[/name]. I also would suggest [name]Elisabetta[/name] and [name]Rafaella[/name] given your italian background, very pretty and lots of nicknames. [name]Spencer[/name] is cute, but seems out of place with your other options which seem more feminine.

I second [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]! So pretty. I love [name]Spencer[/name] on a boy, but not for a little girl.

I like the names you have except [name]Spencer[/name], not a fan. Have you looked at family names? Also, looking at the meanings of the names can help you narrow your list down.

Wow thank you all so much, you’re making the process a whole lot easier!!

That’s actually really funny you say [name]Rafaella[/name], that’s my Confirmation name with the exact spelling! I took [name]Rafaella[/name] after my great grandfather [name]Raphael[/name].

I like [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Aria[/name]–also [name]Marcella[/name], [name]Rafaella[/name], and [name]Gemma[/name]. [name]How[/name] about also some other Italian ones: [name]Allegra[/name], [name]Sabina[/name], [name]Francesca[/name], [name]Giada[/name], [name]Rufina[/name], [name]Elena[/name], [name]Chiara[/name], [name]Renata[/name], [name]Valeria[/name]?

[name]Giovanna[/name]
[name]Ariana[/name]
[name]Adriana[/name]
[name]Seraphina[/name]
[name]Tatiana[/name]
[name]Josefina[/name]

[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name]
[name]Sofia[/name] [name]Miranda[/name]
[name]Flora[/name] [name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Flora[/name] [name]Domenica[/name]
[name]Josefina[/name] [name]Chiara[/name]

Hoa about [name]Lucilla[/name] nn [name]Lou[/name], or [name]Lucia[/name].
[name]Lucilla[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] is really pretty.
The name [name]Violetta[/name] is also gorgeous, or maybe [name]Alejandra[/name] ([name]Ah[/name]-lay-han-dra).
Of your choices, I love [name]Aria[/name]. Not a big fan of [name]Domenica[/name], because all I can think of is the Dominican. [name]Spencer[/name] is nice, but it’s not as feminine and doesn’t seem to have the italian. I also love [name]Emily[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name], no matter how popular they are, and I think they ([name]Charlotte[/name] especially) sound wonderful paired with the italian names.
[name]Lucilla[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Spencer[/name] [name]Emily[/name]
[name]Spencer[/name] [name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Violetta[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Emily[/name] [name]Alejandra[/name]
Good luck!

Yeah [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] is really growing! My husband even kind of likes it!

[name]Lucia[/name] is really pretty but I think [name]Charlotte[/name] is a little off with it, TBH. [name]Just[/name] my opinion. Getting from the ch sound to the sh sound is just a but awkward to me.

Have you thought of something like Raphaella as a middle? [name]Lucia[/name] Raphaella is super feminissima and lush and gorgeous. If I were Italian at all I’d totally go for it.

I also like [name]Aria[/name]. [name]Marcella[/name] is pretty too. And [name]Domenica[/name] is incredible. For [name]Lucia[/name] I like the nn [name]Lux[/name] but I know it’s not for everyone.

Suggestions for middles:

[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Vivien[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Isabelle[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Violet[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Emmeline[/name]

[name]Domenica[/name] [name]Faye[/name]
[name]Domenica[/name] [name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Domenica[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Domenica[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]

[name]Marcella[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Marcella[/name] [name]Winter[/name]
[name]Marcella[/name] [name]Ruby[/name]

[name]Aria[/name] [name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Domenica[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] Raphaella
[name]Aria[/name] Katriel
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Sistine[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Sloane[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]

Congratulations and best wishes!

I love [name]Aria[/name] - and have no idea what the Pretty [name]Little[/name] Liars thing is about. I can’t be the only one! What about [name]Francesca[/name]?

[name]Aria[/name] [name]Spencer[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Domenica[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] appeals to me. ( I love the nn [name]Mena[/name], long e sound)
[name]Francesca[/name] [name]Violet[/name]

I love the name [name]Lucia[/name]! Which pronunciation would you use? My name is [name]Emily[/name] and I’m in love with it because I think it is the ultimate pretty classic name but that’s just me

Pretty [name]Little[/name] Liars is a TV show on ABC Family and two if the names I love, [name]Aria[/name] and [name]Spencer[/name], are protagonists on the shie and I don’t want people to think I am naming my daughter after that show or something!

I would want to use Loocheea pronunciation the most. That one appeals to me the most. And I agree about [name]Emily[/name], I love the name so much but I think it’s so overused. It is a beautiful name though.

You’re right about [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name], I never thought about that. And thank you for saying that about [name]Domenica[/name], it was my great grandmther’s name. I would most likely use opit as a middle name to honor her. [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Emmeline[/name], [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Violet[/name], [name]Domenica[/name] [name]Lucia[/name], [name]Domenica[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Marcella[/name] [name]Ruby[/name], and [name]Aria[/name] [name]Sloane[/name] I am in love with. [name]Aria[/name] [name]Sloane[/name] is my favorite actually! Thank you sooo much, you were such a big help in narrowing down my list!!

[name]One[/name] of my favorite girl names is [name]Marcella[/name], and I see it used so rarely! I like most of the others too, except [name]Spencer[/name].

Sloane’s really interesting, but its got a certain feel about it that if you had a little sibling for Aria Sloane, you’d want to make sure their name would compliment it well, and Sloane is kind of tricky. Names that kind of give me the same vibe as Sloane are Harper, Sawyer, Sullivan, Piper, and even Spencer.

Family ties and culture to names are really great, and I think they’re important to use them, especially when you like them. Unfortunately, a name like Sloane would be hard to put next to a Domenica in the future. That isn’t to say that I don’t like Aria Sloane, or the feel to it; it’s cool, hip, and fresh, and I’m all about that. There’s just this other side to me that loves old names like Raphaela and it’s ties to the past.

Lucia and Aria go really well together, so if you use one over the other, don’t forget about the other! (The cool thing about Lucia, is that it’s easily translatable to Luca for a boy.)

Aria Domenica
Lucia Raphaela

or

Aria Sloane
Lucia Spencer

I love [name]Aria[/name] too! [name]How[/name] about;

[name]Seraphina[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Giovanna[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name]
[name]Rafaella[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Valentina[/name] [name]Elise[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Seraphine[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Emily[/name] [name]Giada[/name]
