I prefer [name_m]Luke[/name_m] to [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]. [name_m]Luke[/name_m] is great, but I’m not really loving [name_m]Robert[/name_m] or [name_u]James[/name_u] in the middle. It just isn’t exciting, but that’s my personal thing. Here are a few suggestions:

I prefer [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. I don’t think the alliteration is a problem, they are different L sounds.

I personally like to avoid alliteration, but that’s me.

I have always liked [name_m]Luke[/name_m], but [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] is growing on me too. It’s my fiancé’s favorite name, so I’ve heard it a lot. Plus you get the added option of the adorable nickname [name_u]Luca[/name_u].
