I think [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] “[name_u]Izzy[/name_u]” fits better with [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], [name_u]Alex[/name_u], and [name_m]Eli[/name_m], and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is nice, but I prefer [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] to freshen it up a bit.
I think both [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are too close to [name_m]Eli[/name_m], sorry.
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] feels like the obvious “[name_u]Izzy[/name_u]” name, and goes well with your boys’ names.

[name_f]Isobel[/name_f] or [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] nn [name_u]Izzy[/name_u] could work too but among three names I think [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] suits best

Either [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] or [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] would be great with the brother names. If you love [name_u]Izzy[/name_u], [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] is your best bet.

[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] gets my vote. If her brother were not [name_m]Eli[/name_m], I would have picked [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], though.
