Hey,
Me and my hubby have triplet sons ([name]Jackson[/name] [name]Danny[/name] ‘[name]Jack[/name]’, [name]Spencer[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] & [name]Tyler[/name] [name]Shane[/name]) and are now expecting B/G twins ( :o )
For they girl we’re thinking maybe Alaska or [name]Indy[/name] and looking at middle names like [name]Skye[/name], [name]Jessica[/name], daisy or summer.
Where we’re really stuck is on boy names, we have 3 we really like: [name]Fraser[/name], [name]Declan[/name] & [name]Glenn[/name] [name]Fraser[/name] (said: Fray-zer) We asked my 6yr nephew, [name]Shep[/name], (He’s my long lost nephew who we adopted 6 months ago after my long lost half sister died - complicated) if he had any suggestions and he put this on the table (considering I was expecting him to say like ‘[name]Thor[/name]’ or ‘Batman’ I was impressed - we’d never thought of it before, my hubby really likes it, I like it and I like that [name]Shep[/name] picked it (He’s from Australia and I think theres a fraser island in aus where he used to go camping - so that’s a nice link) [name]Declan[/name] - again I really like this, I like that it has irish connections because im half irish and we love the nickname Dec, super cute. [name]Glenn[/name] - my hubby is a big fan of ‘slightly old fashioned retro names’ (his fav name of all is [name]Freddy[/name] but his nephews called that), we liked scott when we were naming the triplets but didn’t use it and I don’t really want to use a left over name from last time, I want a fresh one, I think scott & glenn are of a similar elk. I think it suits an man but I also think theres something cute about a ‘mans name’ on a little boy.
So yeah…we’re stuck
Middle name wise we like: [name]Jarred[/name], [name]Toby[/name]/[name]Tobias[/name], [name]Owen[/name], [name]Arthur[/name], [name]Stanley[/name].
[name]Fraser[/name] [name]Owen[/name] was actually my favorite combination from your boys names, too! I am huge on sentimental family links and honoring!
For girls, I guess I would go with Alaska [name]Skye[/name] or [name]Indy[/name] [name]Summer[/name]… Neither one is really my style, though I do like [name]Skye[/name] as a middle name.
For the boy, definitely [name]Fraser[/name]! I love the sound of this name, and it makes it even more special that [name]Shep[/name] picked it out! [name]Declan[/name] and [name]Glenn[/name] are nice too, but [name]Declan[/name] is becoming rather trendy, and [name]Glenn[/name] doesn’t even compare to [name]Fraser[/name]. Like others, I really love the combo of [name]Fraser[/name] [name]Owen[/name]! He sounds awesome alright. :3
For the girl, I love both [name]Indy[/name] and Alaska. I think that [name]Indy[/name] sounds the best with [name]Fraser[/name], [name]Shep[/name], [name]Jack[/name], [name]Spencer[/name] and [name]Tyler[/name] though. I love [name]Daisy[/name] and [name]Summer[/name] as middle name, and [name]Indy[/name] [name]Summer[/name] sounds absolutely gorgeous! I don’t think [name]Jessica[/name] would be a good choice, just because it’s very 80s and tired out. It doesn’t sound very appealing or fresh like your other names to me. I also wouldn’t use [name]Skye[/name] because I much prefer it as a boy’s name, on it’s own or as a nick name for [name]Schuyler[/name]. And anyways, [name]Indy[/name] [name]Summer[/name] flows much better than [name]Indy[/name] [name]Jessica[/name] and [name]Indy[/name] [name]Skye[/name].
I think [name]Indy[/name] [name]Summer[/name] and [name]Fraser[/name] [name]Owen[/name] sound adorable for twins. “[name]Indy[/name], [name]Fraser[/name], [name]Shep[/name], [name]Jack[/name], [name]Spencer[/name] and [name]Tyler[/name]” … Awesome, right?
[name]Love[/name] the name [name]Fraser[/name] (my fave of the 3) and [name]Declan[/name]. I must say i am really not liking [name]Glenn[/name]… very out dated.
Yeah I agree - I don’t like [name]Glenn[/name] as much as [name]Fraser[/name] or [name]Declan[/name], I like it but I don’t adore it like I do those names!
My favorite is [name]Fraser[/name] for boys but I think [name]Declan[/name] meshes better. (You already have two -er boys and on -n boy. For me [name]Declan[/name] is a better balance.)
I really like [name]Declan[/name] [name]Stanley[/name] or [name]Declan[/name] [name]Arthur[/name]
Also while I love the [name]Indy[/name] [name]Summer[/name] suggestion above I keep thinking about the term [name]Indian[/name] [name]Summer[/name] when I read it. -> not necessarily a bad thing, just a thing. I have the same issues with Alaska [name]Skye[/name], just too descriptive for me.
I’d probably use [name]Daisy[/name] as a FN for a girl. [name]Daisy[/name] [name]Jessica[/name] or [name]Daisy[/name] [name]Skye[/name].
I like [name]Declan[/name] [name]Fraser[/name]. I thought the same thing above about [name]Indy[/name] [name]Summer[/name] ([name]Indian[/name] [name]Summer[/name])–not sure how I would feel about that, although it sounds nice otherwise.
[name]Declan[/name] would probably be my first choice sound wise, but I like [name]Fraser[/name] because of [name]Shep[/name] choosing it and especially if it’s after a place he used to camp, etc. That’s a really nice association and name story for someone to have. [name]Glenn[/name] is a perfectly good name, but I don’t think it fits very well with your other kids!
I wouldn’t choose Alaska as a name right now, just because of the sudden and extreme popularity of the book “Looking For Alaska”, which will make the name seem incredibly trendy and probably dated in a few years. [name]Juno[/name]/[name]Juneau[/name] would be a cool alternative, though! And I think [name]Indy[/name] goes better with your other children’s names, as well.
Firstly, I’d like to say that I think your story is rather fanciful and, well, unbelieveable. But, in the interests of playing along, here are my thoughts…
[name]Declan[/name] would be my first choice, followed by [name]Glenn[/name] and then [name]Fraser[/name].
I don’t get the appeal of Alaska or [name]Indy[/name] at all. To be frank, they sound like great names for a pet, rather silly for a human being. I’d go with [name]Skye[/name] or [name]Daisy[/name] up front if I were you or find something else.
I think [name]Fraser[/name] [name]Declan[/name] is cute or [name]Fraser[/name] [name]Glenn[/name] or Fraser Owen. - Although personally I love the spelling Fraizer.
have you thought of [name]India[/name] and then nickname her [name]Indy[/name]. - [name]India[/name] [name]Skye[/name], [name]India[/name] [name]Daisy.[/name]
I like…
[name]Declan[/name] [name]Owen[/name]
[name]Fraser[/name] [name]Toby[/name]
I do definitely think both [name]Declan[/name] and [name]Owen[/name] are trendy, especially [name]Owen[/name]. But if you don’t care about that or popularity, then no worries! I love the nn [name]Dex[/name] for [name]Declan[/name].
[name]Fraser[/name] is pretty cool and unique! I don’t think I’ve ever seen it mentioned on here! It’s very special that [name]Shep[/name] came up with it
[name]Love[/name] [name]Fraser[/name] and love the story behind it.
I have always liked [name]Declan[/name], a solid name
I do not care for [name]Glenn[/name] at all. [name]Don[/name]'t know why…
The only middle I do not care for is [name]Jarred[/name]. [name]Stanley[/name] has grown on me over the years and my [name]Favorite[/name] was [name]Owen[/name] followed by [name]Tobias[/name]
