[name_m]Hi[/name_m] All- We are having a really hard time deciding on a name for our second son (didn’t want anything that sounded to close to our first son and our last name ends in -er so that eliminates a lot of names too!). I’m not sure if this is normal, but he has just “felt” like one of these names to me from the beginning, and I’m having a hard time imagining him as anything else (my husband isn’t 100% sold on the name… there’s the problem!). Really appreciate your help! This same forum helped up decide on [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] :D! Last name is [name_m]Keefer[/name_m]… Thank you!!!
My favourite is [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] (like the nn [name_u]Drew[/name_u] if you use nn’s). I do find [name_m]Cole[/name_m] and [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] a bit of a tongue twister when said together, but that shouldn’t be a deal breaker.
Of those, I like [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] or [name_m]Grant[/name_m] best, and I like the way [name_m]Grant[/name_m] pairs with [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] (though that shouldn’t be the most important thing!) [name_m]Trust[/name_m] your instincts!
I think [name_m]Grant[/name_m] sounds amazing with [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] and is also less common than [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], which would be my second choice. But I would go with what you have felt from the beginning!
[name_m]Grant[/name_m] is my favorite. Like [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] a little more uncommon than [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] or [name_m]Henry[/name_m] but still known,
I think I might end up mixing [name_m]Cole[/name_m] and [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] together and end up calling out “[name_m]Colon[/name_m]”
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] or [name_m]Grant[/name_m] have my vote. I prefer [name_m]Henry[/name_m] but it’s really popular and for that reason I’d probably recommend [name_m]Grant[/name_m] instead. Seems like a better fit with [name_m]Nolan[/name_m], to me. You should do an actual poll, will be easier for you to sort answers and you’ll likely get more responses.
