I’m nervous that [name_f]Lila[/name_f] is too popular, but I adore it. The hubby is in love with the nickname [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], and I like that I’ve incorporated my Italian roots into both names. Please tell me which you like best and why. Thanks in advance!
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] definitely although [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f] is gorgeous too. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] is more stand-out.
I prefer an edgier spelling like [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] but [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] has charm too.
They are both very pretty, but I [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] NN [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] more… As far as middle names goes I prefer [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] to [name_f]Marie[/name_f].
I would suggest [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f]. Good luck!
This is tough. I love [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] (personally prefer the ph spelling, but I think the f makes it look more Italian) and I really like [name_f]Luciana[/name_f]. I think that the combo that sounds the best, however, would be [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f], but you can’t go wrong with either name in my opinion.
That’s tough!
I’m going to say [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f]. As much as I love [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Marie[/name_f] feels filler even if it is sentimental. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] is gorgeous!
I prefer [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] by miles, but I prefer [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] to [name_f]Marie[/name_f]. So I’m in a pickle. [name_f]Marie[/name_f] is a very filler type middle name, and it certainly doesn’t do [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] any justice. If it isn’t a family name, I think you can find something much more flattering. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] is an absolutely beautiful combo, I just can’t really get past the “lie” in [name_f]Lila[/name_f] personally. But in the end, we are talking about naming a real person, and first names are more important than elegant pairings, so I vote [name_f]Luciana[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Lila[/name_f] way more than [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. I guess because i grew up with many Lucys so I find it a bit dull. [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] is nice, as is [name_f]Lucia[/name_f]… But I still strongly prefer [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and it goes nicely with [name_f]Serafina[/name_f]. Good [name_m]Luck[/name_m]!
I like both [name_f]Luciana[/name_f] and [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], but I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] more tham [name_f]Marie[/name_f], so my vote goes to [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f].
Thank you all so much for your thoughtful replies! After reading what you all wrote and a lot of thought, we are going with [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] (someone mentioned they liked the “h” at the end-which is the Hebrew spelling-and I agree :). Thanks again!!
I love [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] more than [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Luciana[/name_f]. But for these combos, I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Serafina[/name_f].
I [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and if you love the name then use it because I don’t think there will be too many [name_f]Lila[/name_f]'s yet.
I feel the same way. I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] more than [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and I also like [name_f]Serafina[/name_f] more than [name_f]Marie[/name_f].
