Out of the two, I prefer [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
I love them both but unfortunately a lot of people just make the [name_f]Porsche[/name_f] connection.
I love the meaning of Felcity!
Use [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]! It’s a vintage classic, but sounds modern at the same time. It goes well with any middle name, and I would love to see a little [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] running around! [name_f]Portia[/name_f] reminds me too much of the car; it comes off almost a bit trashy… But, good luck in finding the perfect name in time!
I actually like both names. However, I voted for [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. I love how feminine it sounds.
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f] sounds much more feminine, classy, and wearable. I has a delicateness to it, yet is still assertive. [name_f]Portia[/name_f] is much more blunt, in-your-face, and harsh sounding.
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f], all the way.
I would choose [name_f]Portia[/name_f]. It’s Shakespearean and unique. I don’t agree that [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] is more delicate and femenine, they’re very similar in these terms. It’s too bad so many people associate it with the car.
If it’s just between the two, wait until she’s born to decide! It might be obvious to you once you see her
I like both names, I don’t know why but I just immediately thought [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
Thankyou all for your feedback!
I like [name_f]Portia[/name_f], but I agree that the car connection is too strong for me to love it.
I’d go with [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Portia[/name_f]. I don’t ever think of the car, I think of Merchant of [name_f]Venice[/name_f].
I much prefer [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. [name_f]Portia[/name_f] sounds stuck up to me. Probably because of the car association. Besdies, [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] comes with so many great nicknames, and a fabulous meaning.
