3rd boy name - opinions appreciated!

Hello,
We have two sons and are expecting a third. Our sons are [name]Henry[/name] and [name]Walter[/name], who we call [name]Walt[/name]. I would love opinions on our name ideas for #3 or any additional suggestions. My husband’s favorite is [name]Arthur[/name], which is a family name (my grandfather). I like the name a lot, but am concerned because of the similarity between [name]Walter[/name]/[name]Arthur[/name] and [name]Walt[/name]/[name]Art[/name]. [name]Do[/name] you think this is a big problem? Our other ideas so far have been: [name]Simon[/name], [name]Lincoln[/name], [name]Clayton[/name] ([name]Clay[/name]), [name]Hudson[/name] (another family name), [name]Samuel[/name] ([name]Sam[/name]), and [name]Malcolm[/name]. Let me know what you think of [name]Arthur[/name] and if you think any of the others are good and a good fit. Or if you have any new ideas?

[name]Henry[/name] and [name]Walter[/name] are two classic names and [name]Arthur[/name] is as well. I agree that [name]Arthur[/name] is similar in sound to [name]Walter[/name] but I don’t think it’s a big problem. As long as you’re comfortable with it. [name]Simon[/name] and [name]Samuel[/name] would also go well with your two boys.

While I don’t think [name]Walter[/name] and [name]Arthur[/name] are horrible sounding, I wouldn’t use them together if it was me. I love [name]Walter[/name] (but can’t use it b/c it sounds odd with my surname :cry: )

[name]Arthur[/name] is a great name and if you both like it then go with it, it will definitely go with his brothers’ names. I also really like [name]Hudson[/name], it’s classic with a twist.
