4 days to go- help us decide!

So after several postings and great feedback from the Nameberry community, we have settled on two choices. We are having a hard time deciding between them, and will probably bring both to the hospital.

To help us decide can you tell us what you think of or what type of girl you envision when you see the names, and if you have a preference?

The names are:
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] (helena prounounced [name]Helen[/name]-a)
[name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name]

Nickname possibilities with both: [name]Lenna[/name] for [name]Helena[/name], [name]Henri[/name]/[name]Henny[/name]/[name]Etta[/name] for [name]Henrietta[/name] (we dont love [name]Hattie[/name]/[name]Hatsie[/name]).

I prefer [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name] with the nn [name]Henri[/name] or [name]Etta[/name]. I like [name]Helena[/name] but only when pronounced Hel- ay- nuh.

I like [name]Helena[/name] better than [name]Henrietta[/name], which just seems rather clunky to me. I much prefer the [name]Helen[/name]-a prn to Hel-ay-na as well, which is another plus for me. Plus Margeurite is a more spunky middle than [name]Grace[/name], which just seems filler. And nn [name]Lenna[/name] is gorgous too.

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]. The nn [name]Lenna[/name] is very pretty.

As you might be able to tell from my signature, I adore both [name]Helena[/name] and [name]Marguerite[/name], meaning that my choice might perhaps be slightly biased…and also, I don’t really like [name]Grace[/name], as a first name or a middle name, but that’s just me. Through [name]Henrietta[/name] is lovely, [name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] slightly pips the post for me. Good luck!

[name]Henrietta[/name] is my vote, hands down! I know I’m biased because I knew a lady growing up named [name]Henrietta[/name] and she was lovely. Very hard-working, kind and funny too. I also think it is great name in terms of balance, still cute and fun, but also still the kind of name you could put at the top of a resume later in life. [name]Helena[/name] will have to correct the way her name is pronounced forever after. Good luck and best wishes.

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] - rather stately, and maybe a bit buttoned-up.
[name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name] - sweet and spunky with the right amount of quirkiness.

If it was my decision to make, I would choose [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name].

I love [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] is ok.
I see [name]Henrietta[/name] as a fun, sweet maybe outgoing child
While I see [name]Helena[/name] as a sullen, soft spoken, little girl who wants to hide behind her parents her whole life.
Of course, you can’t really tell anything about anyone just from their name, but that’s how I see those names. Good luck!

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name].

[name]Grace[/name] is an official filler middle for me these days.

This is lovely and better:

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]

[name]Helena[/name]. Another biased vote here, it is on my list.
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] is lovely, sweet, and elegant.

[name]Henrietta[/name] is pretty too, but I’m not a fan of [name]Henri[/name].

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]- I picture a lovely girl with a curious, wild imagination. Loving the nickname [name]Lenna[/name], too! I actually prefer it said [name]Helen[/name]-a, as well.

I like [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name] because of its elegance:) You can have many nicknames for her and it will still sound beautiful! Congrats and good luck!

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] is lovely. I love the mythological and literary associations for each name. [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Grace[/name] is ok but I prefer [name]Helena[/name] by far.

[name]Henrietta[/name] is very cute and unexpected. I love [name]Helena[/name], but prn Ha lay na.

We’re still torn, but this feedback is extremely helpful. In all likelihood, we will still bring both to the hospital. Latest contemplation is subbing [name]Sophia[/name] or even [name]Marguerite[/name] as a middle name for [name]Henrietta[/name]. [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Sophia[/name], [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]…

I prefer [name]Marguerite[/name] as a mn.

[name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] or [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]

Those are both great names.
I prefer [name]Helena[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] because it has a wonderful flow and [name]Helena[/name] is just so pretty.
i picture [name]Helena[/name] as a shy little girl with soft, curly dark hair and big brown eyes.
