We are expecting #4 and find out in a month what gender it will be.
Here is what we have so far:
[name]Vaughn[/name] [name]Harrison[/name] (m)
[name]Rogan[/name] [name]Dean[/name] (m)
[name]Berkley[/name] [name]Lena[/name] (f)
I think we have narrowed down the girl’s choice and kicking around the boys name. We [name]LOVE[/name] surnames (clearly) and have one of the most common last names so unique is an absolute must.
I am welcoming ideas and would love feedback on the name Dekker for a boy…
[name]Just[/name] a question about the double “k”… Is there a specific reason for it? I think it’s a great name, though I wonder about the constantly having to spell it for people. Really great name though.
Women with surnames as first names I’ve met:
[name]MacKay[/name]
MacKinley
I love your female suggestions. I may have to pass that by the hubby even though we thought we were locked up on that side. As for the double K in Dekker I just really like that spelling. I am not a fan of [name]Decker[/name]. All of our kids will have to spell their names, I know they will hate us at some point. However, we consider giving them a unique name is [name]WAY[/name] better than having to fill out Affidavits like their parents have to with any financial purchase of a house or refi which is beyond aggravating to us and our friends.
