I’m pretty torn between [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f]. Both feel like they fit in really well with your other children’s names.
I voted for [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] but really it’s a toss up.
I voted for [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f], because to me it epitomizes your style. [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], while lovely, might be just a little too popular, and while I like [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], neither of those names is rare the way something like [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] or [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] is. [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] is a spunky, lively, modern classic, which is perfect with your naming pattern, and [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] is an evocative, unusual middle.
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is amazing! [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] would be my second pick
My daughter’s name is [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] and I just posted that [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] is one of our top 2 contenders for her sister’s name, sooo I may be a bit biased but [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] all the way
Edited to add: while I prefer Georgia Eloise in names alone, after rereading your children’s names I actually think I prefer Eloise Mercy with the others. I can’t change my vote but if I could I think that would be it.
I voted for [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f], and I think it’s absolutely the best out of your choices. Your style feels, to me, very familiar with a quirky Irish/British flair. [name_u]Spencer[/name_u], [name_u]Tristan[/name_u], [name_u]Rhys[/name_u], and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] all feel really Irish to me. I think that’s why [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] works for me; I can so easily hear a British mum calling for little [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] to come inside; plus, it’s a bit more rare while still being completely recognizable, like [name_f]Primrose[/name_f]. [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] doesn’t feel necessarily Irish, but definitely British, and so the whole combo fits in.
I might go with something more in that vein if you don’t choose [name_u]Eloise[/name_u]. The ONLY thing I’m not crazy about is that [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] have the same -se ending.
I might even suggest [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] as a first name! Maybe [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]? But if you aren’t set on either of those, maybe you would like one of these? (I’m thinking of [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] as the middle with these because I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it and I think you should use it somehow)
[name_f]Oona[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Florence[/name_f]
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f], [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f], and [name_f]Cora[/name_f] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] are probably my favorite.
I adore [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], however, I definitely think [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] or [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] work better with your other three children. I voted for [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] :).
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u] is beautiful and very sweet with the other kids.
Thanks so much! I actually have [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] on my list too, but hadn’t added that one to the poll. I love the name [name_f]Mercy[/name_f] as a first or middle.
A big thanks to each of you for your thoughtful responses! They have been so helpful and affirming!
