Our baby girl was born and we are stuck.
Big sisters are [name_f]Calla[/name_f], [name_u]Simone[/name_u] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f],
[name_f]Do[/name_f] we go with the lovely vintage [name_f]Francine[/name_f] or the Spanish beauty [name_f]Bel[/name_f]én (beh-[name_m]LEN[/name_m])?!!!
To get an idea of names we are drawn to:
[name_f]Selma[/name_f]
[name_f]Alma[/name_f]
[name_f]Iona[/name_f]
[name_f]Ingrid[/name_f]
[name_u]Marion[/name_u]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f]
[name_f]Camille[/name_f]
I’m hesitant using another name that ends in -a since two out of my 3 girls’ names already end in -a.
[name_f]Belen[/name_f]! Excited to see this considered; I think it’s beautiful. Fresh, streamlined and wonderfully unexpected, and works well with the sibset (as does [name_f]Francine[/name_f]).
This is a tough choice!
I lean toward [name_f]Francine[/name_f] because I think it has a nicer meaning and because both [name_f]Calla[/name_f] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f] have prominent-l sounds like [name_f]Bel[/name_f]én. But [name_f]Bel[/name_f]én is so intriguing! You have a lovely name either way.
