6 weeks to go. Help give an honest opinion!!

I have got my list if names, all twenty of them. So I got a lot of names, the reason I got so many is my DH is the fan of the word veto!:frowning:

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/ [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]- [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] has just came on the list but one of my top names so far!

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- Very pretty, but worried about mispronunciation

[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- see [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]

[name_f]Alice[/name_f]- Been on this list for a while. It’s losing its feel.

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- [name_f]Love[/name_f] this name but I’m worried about her being called ‘[name_u]Frankie[/name_u]’

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- see [name_f]Alice[/name_f]

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- see [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- I love this but DH doesn’t. Still trying to persuade him!

[name_f]Molly[/name_f]- see [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]- I’m not usually worried about popularity. But my friend is calling her baby [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] and she is due 2 weeks after me so. It’s a no no.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- Would use this as a middle. My [name_f]Nana[/name_f] is called [name_f]Rose[/name_f].

[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- DH doesn’t like it!

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- I’m currently liking flower names.

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- We got this suggestion from ‘tori101’ and when I was talking to DH. We realised that it would honor our mums sort of…
[name_f]Lynette[/name_f] and [name_f]Evita[/name_f]?

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- DH likes this a lot. So do I!

[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- Beautiful name and beautifully spelt but… Saying it sounds wrong.

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]- DH said " I didn’t know we where having a 50 year old!"

[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]- see [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- see [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]

[name_f]Millie[/name_f]- [name_m]Feel[/name_m] like it’s TOO popular. I know about 6 [name_f]Millie[/name_f]/ Millys under 5!

So be critical on the names. If you don’t like it say you don’t. Would love if you suggested some middle names too!

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/ [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]- I like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], I dislike [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u].

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- The pronunciation is an issue with this name, since it has to legitimate pronunciations. Are you using Zhan-vee-ehv or [name_f]Gen[/name_f]-uh-veev? I prefer the former.

[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- This name is strong but sweet. I adore it.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f]- If you’re not as in love with it as you used to be, don’t use it. It is a lovely and classic name though.

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- If you don’t call her [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] I doubt anyone else will. I think [name_f]Chessie[/name_f] is a cute nickname.

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- I don’t love this name myself. It doesn’t feel like it has any warmth to it- does that sound weird?

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- I love [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], although it is a little cutesy for an adult.

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- If DH doesn’t love it, then don’t use it. Maybe he’ll use it for a middle?

[name_f]Molly[/name_f]- I’m neutral on this name. It’s okay. Nothing special, in my opinion, I think you have better names on your list.

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]- A nice name, but I wouldn’t use it if my friend was.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- I love this name as a middle, especially since it has significance to you and isn’t just a filler.

[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- Too bad DH doesn’t like it- I think this name has so much quirky charm. It makes me think of [name_f]Olive[/name_f] Snook from the tv show Pushing Daisies.

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- I don’t love [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. It’s a bit too cutesy in my opinion.

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- It’s nice that this name honors both of your mothers. I would consider using it as a middle.

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- A charming classic.

[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- I agree, [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] sounds weird when said aloud. Too many rs.

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]- This name does scream “OLD [name_m]PERSON[/name_m]” to some people, but it’s definitely making a comeback. I prefer the [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] spelling.

[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]- I prefer [name_f]Laura[/name_f].

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- I don’t care for [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] because to me it only fits a young, cute kid. There’s a girl in my school named [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] who’s tall with huge muscles as well as very humorless and the name just doesn’t fit her at all.

[name_f]Millie[/name_f]- I actually don’t know anyone named [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. As alternatives, how about [name_f]Tillie[/name_f], [name_f]Minnie[/name_f], [name_f]Mitzi[/name_f], or [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]?

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]- [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is classy. [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] is her downmarket sister (in [name_u]North[/name_u] [name_u]America[/name_u] anyway). Combo: [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f].
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - What way are you pronouncing it? English or [name_m]French[/name_m]? I shouldn’t think the English way would be a problem. Combo: [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f].
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - not a favourite of mine but a fine literary name of depth and history. Combo: [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f].
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] - I love this name. I’m biased. It’s my middle name. Combo: [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - a Shakespearean gem. Combo: [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f].
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- I like it best as a nn for [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]. Combo: [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Matilda[/name_f].
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] - Keep trying to get your DH to come around. I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. It’s elegant and ladylike with a great literary connection. Combo: [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f].
[name_f]Molly[/name_f]- it’s sweet but maybe it works best for a nickname for [name_f]Mary[/name_f]. Combo: [name_f]Molly[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f].
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- Good middle name to honour your [name_f]Nana[/name_f]. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosaline[/name_f]? Combo: [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f].
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- A creative way to honour two people close to you. It could totally be a unique way to honour [name_f]Lynette[/name_f] and [name_f]Evita[/name_f]. Combo: [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would honour three people in one combo!
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- majestic. Combo: [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_f]Ines[/name_f].
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - spunky and easier to say than [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] or [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f]? Combo: [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Winifred[/name_f].

I would eliminate…

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- I just prefer the down-to-earth [name_f]Frances[/name_f] so much more.
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]- no stealing from friends. What about [name_f]Daphne[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Calliope[/name_f], [name_f]Persephone[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] or [name_f]Verity[/name_f]?
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- A lot of people call their fathers or grandfathers this name. Popular in [name_f]England[/name_f] but to be it lacks solidness (eg. it doesn’t sound like an adult and we do spend most of our lives in adulthood). There is [name_f]Iris[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f], [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] and [name_f]Linnea[/name_f] for alternatives.
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- I’m not a fan of the r’s in this name and I don’t like the way it sounds either.
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]- if DH thinks it’s old, then cut it.
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- see [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]- see [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Millie[/name_f] - I know “nicknames as full names” trend is all the rage in the UK but it’s a trend I don’t like. [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is too nicknamey. I like it as a nn for [name_f]Millicent[/name_f] or [name_f]Camille[/name_f]/[name_f]Camilla[/name_f]. If you know so many, I would give it a pass.

Of these I would keep:

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]

[name_f]Laurel[/name_f] is probably my favourite  None of them are terrible though, these are just names I find more suited to my personal taste.

Would love to reply but [name_m]WAY[/name_m] to tired and I want to go into detail, so for now thanks and goodnight!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m]!

Based on your own description of each name, I think these are YOUR favourites:

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - great name and you both love it!

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - fantastic vintage name. [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] is an old nickname, no one will use it unless you encourage them to, just as [name_m]Jim[/name_m] is no longer the automatic nickname of [name_u]James[/name_u]

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - great name but getting popular, how does DH fee about it?

[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - ditto

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - ditto

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]

[name_f]Molly[/name_f]

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - great name with [name_f]Eve[/name_f] or [name_f]Evie[/name_f] as nicknames, would be equally great as a middle name

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] - this is a standard middle name the world over but if it honours a relative I would definitely consider it

With six weeks to go, I would abandon any names that you both don’t love. I tried for months to get my husband to agree to a name I loved for our third and finally with a month left to go I gave up and started searching for more names. With only ten days until the dd he finally agreed to a different name I found on nameberry! Thank God!

Good luck!

I love mischa’s suggestion of [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! Getting to honor 3 people with a name would be so special, and it sounds beautiful

Others I like for you… [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f], [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]

You have a fantastic taste in names!

My top 5 are:

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - on my list. Probably my top girl name, it’s adorable and I love the nn [name_f]Immy[/name_f].
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - Another personal favorite. It’s pretty, light, and sweet.
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - I love the name. I had a friend named [name_f]Francesca[/name_f], and that’s what she went by. No one called her [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] or anything like that.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] - A favorite of mine, but I can;t use it because it’s the name of my stepbrothers’ half-sister.
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - very elegant. I like it.

Hmm…
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] - I love [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] elegant, light, and feminine. Whereas [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] feels slightly trashy.

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - Gorgeous name, has a lovely [name_m]French[/name_m] flair and is just effortless. I also love the range of nicknames. I really don’t see there being any pronunciation issues. In all honesty the name feels easy to say and looks easy to say.

[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - Despite dodgy NHS advertising association with this name, she really has grown on me. [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] has a sweet sound and looks pretty.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] - A nice name, elegant and wholesome. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] has a pretty sound. But if you feel your loosing it, ditch the name.

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name! I love the Italian feel of this name, she’s familiar but not common. You could use Cesca as a nickname?!

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] she has a lovely upper-crust British sound, a great Shakespearean name.

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] she’s sweet and effortless. But then in retrospect I do think to myself ‘would I want to be a 30 year old [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]?’

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] - Persuade him!! I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] it’s a lovely wholesome name, has a sweet edge and just feels wholesome.

[name_f]Molly[/name_f] - Ugh never liked this name, so popular in the UK, it’s unattractive and reminds me of moles not good.

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] - [name_f]Love[/name_f] this name it’s sweet but if [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is a no-no you’ll have to eliminate it. Suggestion [name_f]Pandora[/name_f]?

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] - It’s a sweet name, has a lovely sound and works well as both a first and a second middle name.

[name_f]Olive[/name_f] - I like this choice, an intriguing retro name.

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] - A lovely floral name. She’s sweet and has lovely connotations.

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - Hey you guys Tori101 here!! [name_m]Just[/name_m] revisiting your question, I’ve probably commented on most of your names already! But hey you always pull me in ; ) thought I’d calm myself down with a bit of nameberry. After being scared stiff at the cinema, after watching ‘The Call’ great film incredibly scary. Anyway onto your names. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] is great and I love that it incorporates the honouring of your mother. Fantastic suggestion if I do say so myself. Really honoured by the way that you listened to my suggestions!

[name_f]Lynette[/name_f]/[name_f]Evita[/name_f] - I’m unsure on [name_f]Lynette[/name_f] I would prefer [name_f]Lisette[/name_f]? [name_f]Evita[/name_f] is a little [name_m]OTT[/name_m] for me.

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - My name, I really love [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] it’s elegant, demure, and has a lovely classic name. [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] is very pretty, I love my name.

[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] - hmmm unsure about your concerns in all honesty I think [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is elegant and has a lovely fresh sound.

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - I love this name it’s elegant, has a great [name_m]French[/name_m] flair and has a pretty sound. I also love the ‘[name_f]Vivi[/name_f]’ nickname.

[name_f]Laurel[/name_f] - Okay I like [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] because it’s wholesome but at the same time I wouldn’t name my child [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] if that makes sense.

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - Totally understand your concerns I cannot stand [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]!! Reminds me of the word ‘loose’.

[name_f]Millie[/name_f] - If your in the UK [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is becoming popular but she is a lovely name and does feel fresh. You could use [name_f]Millie[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Camilla[/name_f]? Or [name_f]Camille[/name_f]?

Good luck x

I like the above suggestion of [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]!

Some other possible combos:

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], and [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] are my favorites from your list.

I also like the spelling [name_f]Molli[/name_f].

You really can’t go wrong with the names you chose, they’re all beautiful.

[name_f]Love[/name_f]:
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] - If you’re worried about sound, how about [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f]?
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]

Like:
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] (much nicer than [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_f]IMO[/name_f])
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Molly[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - Usually don’t like this one, but it’s so cool how it honors both your mothers!
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - Very fresh right now, not at all 50-year-old. Remind your DH that it’s a [name_f]Jolie[/name_f]-[name_m]Pitt[/name_m] kid name!
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]

Dislike:
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - If you don’t like [name_u]Frankie[/name_u], you could enforce Chessa/[name_f]Chessie[/name_f]/Cheska.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] - Waaaaayyy too popular
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] - Such an ugly sound, and it’s what some people call their grandfathers
[name_f]Millie[/name_f] - Too nicknamey.

Wins (for me):
*[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]- sounds better than [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u], but [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] is still decent.
*[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- is a beautiful name, you shouldnt worry about mispronunciation your daughter will learn to correct(:
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- is cute.
*[name_f]Alice[/name_f]- has a nice ring to it, but what about “[name_f]Alison[/name_f]” (:
*[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- is unique. & being called “[name_u]Frankie[/name_u]” is not as bad as it seems, gives her tough persona, but if she is a gilry girl when shes older it will be cute.
*[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- is beautiful.
*[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- Is beautiful, but more of a middle name unless you find “the right” middle name; So maybe "[name_f]Rosalin[/name_f];[name_f]Rosalina[/name_f];[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f];[name_f]Rosalyn[/name_f]) OR if your feeling a little daring “[name_f]Rozalin[/name_f]” emphasizing the ro-ZA-lin
*[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- is beautiful.
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- sounds beautiful, but I think it has an “anncient” sound also.

(Ones That I personally dont like):
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- dont know how to pronounce it… Sorry.
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- reminds me of a flower, but also of my Chihuahua.
[name_f]Molly[/name_f]- Sounds to child like… and a little scary when I think about it.
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- Reminds me of the vegtable & food, but I think it could work with the help of a nice middle name.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- Is a flower name, but I dont know how I really feel about it.
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- Is a common name, to common I think… but it still is very beautiful.
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]- pronounciation confuses me, maybe [name_u]Vivian[/name_u].
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- Seems short and simple… but its alright.
[name_f]Millie[/name_f]- Ummm, I dont know same feeling for [name_f]Poppy[/name_f].

Name Combos (with your names & a few additons):
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/ [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] [name_m]Renay[/name_m]

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]May[/name_f]
*[name_f]Kylie[/name_f] [name_f]Lynette[/name_f] ([name_f]Kyleigh[/name_f]) OR [name_f]Kayla[/name_f] [name_f]Lynette[/name_f]
*[name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Laurel[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilian[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

^^ I tried my best(:
I hope that I was of help, along with several other & I wish you the very best & hope all goes well!

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/ [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]-I had [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] at the top of my list if DS had been a girl (about 5ish years ago) feels a bit stale to me, but it’s classy and a perfectly good name. I adore [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] but can’t pinpoint exactly why-I imagine such a fun person wearing this name:)

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]-I love the “eve” part of this name but not the “gen” part so much wdyt of [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]?

[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]-meh

[name_f]Alice[/name_f]-I love this…classy, sweet.

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]-I wouldn’t worry about “[name_u]Frankie[/name_u]” it’s not an intuitive nn imo. [name_u]Fran[/name_u] maybe…

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]-I love it in print, not when spoken…wdyt of [name_f]Emmaline[/name_f]?

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]-prefer [name_f]Violet[/name_f] or any other flower name really… [name_f]Fern[/name_f]? [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]?

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]-Keep trying to persuade him-this is so pretty!

[name_f]Molly[/name_f]-Cute

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]-I do not get the appeal of this name…

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]-pretty…I love it as a first name!

[name_f]Olive[/name_f]-[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] maybe?

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- [name_f]Love[/name_f] nature/flower names but this reminds me of “grandpa” or “Daddy” Papi

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- [name_f]Love[/name_f]! [name_f]Love[/name_f] the nn possibility of [name_f]Evie[/name_f]

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- Very pretty!

[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- agree about the sound…it would make a beautiful middle choice. [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] has the same feel to me

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]-Ha! Suggested before I saw this…I love it!

[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]- Ha! I think [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] fits perfectly!

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- I know a million little [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]'s so it’s def not an oldie any longer!

[name_f]Millie[/name_f]- Surprising that you know so many! I love this as ann for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Milana[/name_f], [name_f]Camille[/name_f] or [name_f]Emmaline[/name_f].

[name_f]Love[/name_f] your list! If I had to narrow it down I’d say [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Alice[/name_f], and [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] are my favorites followed closely by [name_f]Millie[/name_f], [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f].
Good luck!!

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]- [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t care for it. It’s too popular, and I prefer [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] as a boy name.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- [name_f]Love[/name_f] this! I don’t think there’s going to be issue with pronunciation. [name_f]Jen[/name_f]-Uh-Veeve
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- Not a favorite. It’s pretty, but it doesn’t have substance.
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]- [name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f], especially with [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. Very classy.
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- I don’t think the nickname [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] is a given, but it’s not a favorite now that I’ve seen your whole list.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- I really like this. [name_f]Immy[/name_f] is cute, as is [name_f]Imo[/name_f] and [name_f]Genny[/name_f].
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- Prefer as a nickname for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f].
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- Very cute, but it’s not a favorite.
[name_f]Molly[/name_f]- Super cute, love as a nickname for [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]- [name_f]One[/name_f] of my least favorites on your list. It’s lost its appeal for me.
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- Would love this as a first name! So pretty!
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- Cute, but sort of neh. Not a favorite, but I don’t hate it.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- A bit too cutesy.
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- I like this a lot, but I also like it a bit as a boy name.
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- I like the name, but not the nicknames.
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- It’s lost its freshness for me, but the nickname [name_u]Rory[/name_u] is adorable.
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]- Least favorite spelling. Prefer [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]/[name_u]Vivien[/name_u]. If your husband doesn’t like it, then I’d scratch it off.
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]- Like this.
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- So pretty! A longer version like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] or [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] would be great too.
[name_f]Millie[/name_f]- Prefer this as just a nickname.

My favorites from your list are [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Alice[/name_f], [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], and [name_f]Rose[/name_f].

@esswei-
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]: It was getting pronounced as the second option but it’s still a bit tricky to say and spell.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]: I does feel a little bit cold.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]: Perhaps but I really liked the nickname [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]!
[name_f]Millie[/name_f]: [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] is pretty cute!

So by the looks of things you like.
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]

The ones you would kick off are.
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]

Thanks!

@misha-
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- is getting pronounced the English way.
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- I like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] but the twilight has ruined it for me. So I think I will stick with [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- We might consider this as a middle because DH doesn’t like it as a first.

Fave combos.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f].

Thanks for making it clear what wines you don’t like.

@renrose- Thanks for your input!

@seanic21-
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]- he doesn’t bother with popularity, unless a family or friend has named there baby it.

Thanks for your input!

@julia [name_f]Johanna[/name_f]- DH isn’t to keen on [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] being a first name. I’m tempted to have three names for her!
Favourite combo:
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosa[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]

@mesunnyjane:
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- love the NN of [name_f]Immy[/name_f]

Thanks for the imput

@tori 101-
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- thanks for that, we are considering it as a middle. I don’t like scary movies!

Thanks for the input.

@isabellamarie- [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is pretty. From your suggestions i like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f].

@luchilena89-
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]- Yeah [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]'s coming off the list.
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]- [name_f]Alison[/name_f] was on the list with [name_m]Samuel[/name_m].

Favourite Combos:
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

@mom2one2-
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- Lol on he [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] suggestion!
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- many people have said that. [name_f]Emmaline[/name_f] is beautiful but my little sis is called [name_f]Emma[/name_f].
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- Not really keen on [name_f]Fern[/name_f] and [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] is too popular!

Thanks for your input.

@aj_bear-
Everyone has either LOVED [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] or HATED it. I quite like it.
Favourite combos are:
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

Thanks for the input.

[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]/[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - my least favourite names on your list.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - I like it. I wouldn’t worry too much about pronunciation, your daughter can correct people.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - Super cute! I’m considering this!
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] - hm, getting boring.
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_u]Frannie[/name_u] as the nn?
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - Cute.
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] - I [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]! I know a girl names [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], and she goes by Daze sometimes.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] - [name_f]Char[/name_f], [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] are all adorable nns!
[name_f]Molly[/name_f] - I like it.
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] - too bad about this being out!
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] - too common, [name_f]IMO[/name_f], but if you like it, go for it.
[name_f]Olive[/name_f] - I like, but less than I like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f].
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] - [name_f]Love[/name_f]! It’s so cute!
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - I love how it honours both your mom’s. [name_f]Evie[/name_f] is really cute. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Adelie[/name_f].
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - I like for middle names, but it’s too popular for a first name.
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] - if it doesn’t feel right when you say it, it’s not right. I like it, but everyone’s different.
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - I agree with your DH
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f] - it’s ok
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - I like and I think it’s basically a classic. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] is really cute!
[name_f]Milly[/name_f] - not a big fan, I think [name_f]Millie[/name_f] needs a full name. But I don’t like [name_f]Millicent[/name_f], so idk what you’d pair it with.

I would go with [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], the name you both [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] and the name that honors both grandmas. Winner! [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] works too!

I’m having twin girls, genevieve and guinevere. I absolutely live genevieve so it’s my favorite!
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] I helped!
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f].

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]/ [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]- I much prefer [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] to [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]-- [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] feels like it was dredged up by yuppies in the last decade. Also reminds me of [name_u]Halle[/name_u] [name_u]Berry[/name_u]'s baby daddy [name_u]Aubry[/name_u] (of whom I’m not much of a fan)

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]- it’s a fussy, princessy name. I never know how to pronounce it because some people want it like jen-a-ve-ev. and some want jen-a-veeve

[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- cute, pretty.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f]- I’m kind of “meh” about [name_f]Alice[/name_f]. I’ve never had much love for it.

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- another fussy, princessy name. I think it’s beautiful though. There are a half-dozen (or more) nickname possibilities here, so I wouldn’t worry too much about [name_u]Frankie[/name_u]. Whatever you choose to call her will probably be the one that sticks.

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]- another super popular name (on NB) that I’m not in love with. Probably just doesn’t sound right to my American ears

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]- Reminds me of [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Buchanan[/name_m] and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] Duck. Not a fan

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- So classic and pretty. [name_f]Love[/name_f] it

[name_f]Molly[/name_f]- love it. Prefer it as a nickname for a formal name, but it’s lovely on its own too.

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]- think it’s lovely but wouldn’t use it personally

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]- Like it as a middle

[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- meh. See [name_f]Alice[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] kind of falls flat for me.

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]- I like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] more than [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] but am not in love with it.

[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]- pretty, but I would use it as a middle.

[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]- very pretty, but I favor this as a middle too.

[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]- have been crushing on this lately, but not sure how I feel about it in real life

[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]- like the full name, prefer [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] for everyday use.

[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]- meh. not a fan.

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- [name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. So simple and spunky

[name_f]Millie[/name_f]- [name_f]Love[/name_f] this name, but I’m a big fan of having full names so [name_f]Millie[/name_f] doesn’t work for me. Also, if you know that many little Millies, no reason to be #7.
