I love polls with [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] because it’s so ridiculously easy for me to pick! [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] blows all those other names out of the water. They can’t even compare, in my opinion.
Beware, I’m biased as [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] (prefer this spelling) is my favorite name and I’m not so fond of the other options, so this was a no-brainer for me =p
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is by far my favourite. I think [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is beautiful, spunky and feminine.
I actually think [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] would be a nice combo.
So many beautiful choices, but [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is, by far, my favorite!
I absolutely love [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and the nn [name_f]Liza[/name_f]!
If I was just choosing the name I like the best, I would probably go with [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] or [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], but if your family members are big nicknamers and you love the nickname [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], then [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is your girl. (Especially since the other three don’t have great nicknames, [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. [name_u]Jules[/name_u] is okay, but I don’t like Lyddie at all, and I’m not sure what nicknames to use with [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]… Maybe [name_f]Liza[/name_f]? [name_m]Eli[/name_m]?)
I think if you also love [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] that [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] would be the natural choice for you! Those all have similar sounds, so this must be what you’re favouring.
I absolutely love your list! Choosing just one is really hard, but I picked [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is an adorable nickname (but not so cutesy that it sounds wrong on an adult) and since your last name is 3 syllables I think a shorter name might be better. Congrats!
My favourite is [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] but I think you should go with [name_f]Rose[/name_f] if it’s your favourite. It’s beautiful too, and you should choose the one YOU and your DH love the most.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous!
Personally, I’m not a massive fan of [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] or [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. I think both [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would be beautiful names. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is spunky and strong but also a classic name with nickname options such as [name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_f]Izzie[/name_f]. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is stunningly beautiful in an understated and classical way, though I have to say for me the nickname [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] takes away some of this beauty. My favourite combination for you would be [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]!
If you love [name_f]Rose[/name_f], then I’d use it! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], or [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] are all lovely combinations too.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is my favorite, followed closely by [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]!
My only babyname weakness is flower names… no matter how common or how many times I’ve heard them, they always sound fresh and beautiful! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would be my choice!
I voted for [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (I love [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] too!) with [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] at an honourable second place.
I looovvvveeee [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]!
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] is my second favourite.
Not too fussed on [name_f]Eliza[/name_f].
[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t like [name_f]Lydia[/name_f].
Oh my gosh I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] all of your names on your list. I’ve been hearing [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] a lot lately so probably my least favorite. [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are both perfection, I love them both. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a little basic for me, but if you love the nn [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] it’s the best choice for you. I ultimately picked [name_f]Eliza[/name_f].
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] both feel overly predictable to me, and would have felt fresher 3 or 4 years ago. If you really do like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], I’d suggest considering [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] as the legal name, to keep it more timeless and classic. If I encountered a [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], I would assume she was named to honor someone. So, by far my favorite - [name_f]Rose[/name_f] / [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is wonderful. I might have chosen it for one of my daughters if my last name didn’t start with an S. It is a bit unexpected as a first name - but that’s what makes it a strong and confident choice. I’m holding my sleeping 5-week old daughter in my arms at the moment, and her name is [name_f]Jane[/name_f] - for many of the same reasons I love [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. I think that [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a name you will never regret, and it will never feel overly dated/trendy.
I love all of the names on your poll, I don’t think you can go wrong! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is timeless and lovely, and the nn [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is really sweet. [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are both lovely and full of personality. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is beautiful, but is heavily associated with a Shakespearean character so that’s worth considering–but I love the name itself. I think you should meet her and see what your heart tells you :). They’re all wonderful choices!
