9wks preggo after ttc for yrs. Looking for that "perfect" name! Need opinions! please

My sweet hubby and I have been talking about baby names off and on for years now. There have been many names that come and go, but this one seems to have stuck around, and we still love it… [name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name]. What do you think? [name]How[/name] would you pronounce [name]Coralie[/name] if you saw the name written down? [name]Just[/name] wondering if we’ll have pronunciation issues. Should we keep looking for the perfect name, or do you think this is the one for us?
Looking for some fresh eyes and ears and feedback on our top name choice!

First off Congratulations!!! What a Blessing!!!
[name]Love[/name] [name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name]! [name]Love[/name] the flow, and the sound. Very pretty!! I pronounce [name]Coralie[/name] “[name]Cor[/name]- ah- lee”

I agree, [name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name] is lovely!

I pronounce [name]Coralie[/name] “CORE-uh-lee”

[name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name] is sweet. I’d pronounce [name]Coralie[/name] as [name]COR[/name]-uh-lee, or as if it were [name]Cora[/name]-[name]Lee[/name].

[name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name] is nice. I pronounce [name]Coralie[/name] like Co-rah lee.

I like the two names together. But I seem to be the odd one out, my first instinct is to say [name]Cor[/name]-Uh-Lie. Maybe that’s just me.

[name]Coral[/name]-ee. [name]Coral[/name] like ‘koh-rul’.

Congratulations.

[name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name] is a keeper. Such a beautiful name!!

Beautiful. [name]Cora[/name] [name]Lee[/name] is how I pronounce it.

I would pronounce it like: [name]Cora[/name]-lee

Here in Australia it is a well known name and has no affinity with [name]Cora[/name]. The first two letters Co are the way it is said followed by rah and lee.

[name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name] is a lovely combo.

rollo

i always thought it was pronounced cora lie… not cora lee…

I say [name]Cora[/name] [name]Lee[/name]. It’s lovely!

I would pronounce it [name]Cora[/name]-Lie similar to [name]Coraline[/name]… I think it’s a gorgeous name you’ve picked!! I’m suprised to see so many pronouncing it [name]Cora[/name]-[name]Lee[/name]…

[name]One[/name] of the coolest people I know is named [name]Coralee[/name] and she is probably in her mid to late 30s. I think it is a great name choice and very unique. I prefer the [name]Coralee[/name] spelling because it is the one I am familiar with and easier to say/spell b/c it is like [name]Cora[/name]-lee. Can’t really mess up that pronunciation. With your spelling not sure if you would say it “cora-lee” or “cora-lye”. She would also get called [name]Cor[/name] as a nn which I thought was cute.

I pronounce it [name]Cora[/name]-lee as well. I always thought of [name]Coraline[/name] as [name]Cora[/name]-lyne (or line as in to stand in line).

[name]Cora[/name]-lee and congratulations!

Thank you so much for all your sweet comments and congratulations! We are so excited to finally have a baby on the way!!! I’m glad to see that so far the majority or you pronounce it the way we plan to: [name]CORAlee[/name].
Still open to other suggestions, but this is feeling more and more like it’s the name for us, if we have a girl that is!

Congratulations on your long hoped-for pregnancy! [name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name] is so pretty. It makes me think of the moon reflected in water ([name]Coral[/name], and [name]Diane[/name] the moon goddess of course.)
“[name]COR[/name]-ah-lee”

Congratulations! I like [name]Coralie[/name] [name]Diane[/name]! I also pronounce it cora-lee.
