[name_u]Baby[/name_u] #3 is on it’s way! We’ve got two little girls, [name_f]Zadie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lula[/name_f], and we’re at a loss for boy names if this one breaks the trend!
So far, we have the following list, but no clear frontrunner that we can agree on. What do you think and what would you add?!
What a great list! Here are my thoughts and opinions:
[name_m]Cedric[/name_m]- nms
[name_u]Kieran[/name_u]- love
[name_m]Eamon[/name_m]- love
[name_m]Heron[/name_m]- like, but assuming your last name is [name_m]Miller[/name_m], I think [name_m]Herman[/name_m] [name_m]Miller[/name_m].
[name_m]Eames[/name_m]- love
[name_m]Kiel[/name_m]- too similar to “kill”; I prefer [name_u]Kieran[/name_u] or [name_m]Cillian[/name_m]/[name_m]Killian[/name_m].
[name_m]Eero[/name_m]- You must be a fan of Mid Century Modern. Like.
[name_m]Kane[/name_m]/[name_m]Cain[/name_m]- I think of the biblical character; not a positive association.
[name_m]Witt[/name_m]- nms
[name_u]Wylie[/name_u]- nms
[name_u]Verne[/name_u]- I prefer [name_u]Vernon[/name_u]. [name_u]Verne[/name_u] makes me think of the [name_m]Ernest[/name_m] movies.
[name_m]Ewan[/name_m]/[name_m]Euan[/name_m]- like
[name_m]Sorell[/name_m]- love but would use [name_u]Sorrel[/name_u] spelling (sore-ul rather than sore-elle)
[name_m]Thoren[/name_m]/[name_m]Thorin[/name_m]- love
[name_m]Wye[/name_m]- Why?
[name_m]Ansel[/name_m]- love
[name_u]Arlen[/name_u]- feels too old fashioned and feminine to me.
[name_m]Anson[/name_m]- prefer [name_m]Ansel[/name_m]
[name_u]Calan[/name_u] ([name_u]Cal[/name_u])- love, but prefer [name_m]Callan[/name_m] or [name_m]Callen[/name_m] spelling
[name_m]Clement[/name_m]- okay, but dislike “[name_u]Clem[/name_u]”
[name_m]Cormac[/name_m]- like
So I love a lot of your candidates: [name_u]Kieran[/name_u], [name_m]Eamon[/name_m], [name_m]Eames[/name_m], [name_u]Sorrel[/name_u], [name_m]Thorin[/name_m], [name_m]Ansel[/name_m], [name_m]Callan[/name_m]. With [name_f]Zadie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lula[/name_f], I especially like [name_u]Kieran[/name_u], [name_m]Eamon[/name_m], [name_m]Eames[/name_m], [name_u]Sorrel[/name_u], and [name_m]Ansel[/name_m].
I like [name_m]Eero[/name_m] and [name_m]Thorin[/name_m] from your list. My immediate thought was [name_m]Aries[/name_m]. What about:
Loxley
[name_m]Huxley[/name_m]
[name_u]Dexter[/name_u]
[name_m]Oden[/name_m]
[name_m]Griffin[/name_m]
[name_u]Asa[/name_u]
[name_m]Dashiell[/name_m]
[name_m]Felix[/name_m]
[name_m]Cedric[/name_m]:
As a [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] fan, YES!!!
[name_u]Kieran[/name_u]:
I know a lot of [name_u]Kieran[/name_u]'s (teenagers) but it’s still a sweet name if you don’t mind the popularity.
[name_m]Heron[/name_m]:
Cute! I would use a softer middle name to balance it out.
[name_m]Eero[/name_m]:
Spunky and cute! Would work as a mn too.
[name_m]Kane[/name_m]/[name_m]Cain[/name_m]:
Cool and easy to spell/pronounce. I would use a softer first/middle to balance it out though.
[name_m]Witt[/name_m]:
Makes me think of the word wit.
[name_m]Sorell[/name_m]:
Very handsome. I do associate it with the name of a horse’s coat color though, not sure that would matter much but figured it was worth mentioning.
[name_m]Thoren[/name_m]/[name_m]Thorin[/name_m]:
I like it! If I were a little boy I would think it would be pretty cool to have the nickname [name_m]Thor[/name_m].
[name_m]Ansel[/name_m]:
Handsome. Might be misspelled a lot though. Have you considered [name_m]Axel[/name_m]?
[name_m]Anson[/name_m]:
I’ve never heard this before but I actually kind of like it!
[name_u]Calan[/name_u] ([name_u]Cal[/name_u]):
Cute. Have you considered [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] or [name_m]Callum[/name_m] as well?
[name_m]Clement[/name_m]:
Kind of gives off an old farmer vibe, but is still handsome.
[name_m]Cormac[/name_m]:
Cute. Not much nickname potential though.
[name_f]Zadie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lula[/name_f] have a playful vibe to me. Looking at your boy’s list I find most names are rather serious with the exception of [name_u]Wylie[/name_u]. I think [name_f]Zadie[/name_f], [name_f]Lula[/name_f] and [name_u]Wylie[/name_u] are great together.
I would suggest:
[name_u]Alfie[/name_u]
[name_m]Otis[/name_m]
[name_m]Flint[/name_m]
[name_m]Taddeo[/name_m]
[name_m]Jago[/name_m]
