[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Monty[/name_m]! That struck me as maybe working well for both of you. [name_f]Do[/name_f] like [name_u]Miles[/name_u] (or Milo) too
Sorry for repeats but these came to mind…
[name_m]Stellan[/name_m]
[name_m]Otto[/name_m]
[name_u]Jasper[/name_u]
[name_m]Fred[/name_m] / [name_u]Freddie[/name_u]
[name_m]Ralph[/name_m] / [name_u]Rafe[/name_u]
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] / [name_u]Eli[/name_u]
[name_u]Maxwell[/name_u] / [name_u]Max[/name_u]
[name_m]Silas[/name_m]
[name_m]Frank[/name_m]
[name_u]Kit[/name_u]
[name_u]Percy[/name_u]
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] / [name_m]Seb[/name_m]
[name_u]Seth[/name_u]
[name_u]Finn[/name_u]
[name_u]Miles[/name_u] is a great name! I really like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and [name_u]Miles[/name_u] together!
Maybe a traditional name with a quirky nickname? Like [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] nn [name_m]Fritz[/name_m], or [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] nn [name_u]Nico[/name_u], or [name_u]Henry[/name_u] nn [name_m]Huck[/name_m]
[name_u]Jasper[/name_u] / [name_m]Casper[/name_m]
[name_m]Felix[/name_m]
[name_m]Bruno[/name_m]
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]
[name_m]Christopher[/name_m] nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u]
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] nn [name_u]Theo[/name_u]
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] /Laurence nn Laurie/Lawrie
[name_m]Benedict[/name_m] nn [name_u]Bennie[/name_u]
[name_m]Anthony[/name_m] nn [name_u]Tony[/name_u]
[name_m]Victor[/name_m]
[name_u]Milo[/name_u]
Neil/Neal
[name_m]Nigel[/name_m]
[name_u]August[/name_u] nn [name_m]Auggie[/name_m]
[name_f]My[/name_f] first thoughts were [name_m]Otto[/name_m], [name_m]Otis[/name_m], [name_u]Amos[/name_u], [name_m]Eben[/name_m], [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] or [name_m]Reuben[/name_m]. All very old fashioned but sound contemporary. Also maybe Scandi names such as [name_m]Erik[/name_m] or [name_m]Ivar[/name_m]? Some biblical names such as [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], [name_u]Judah[/name_u] / [name_u]Jude[/name_u] or [name_m]Jorah[/name_m] would go very well also. I also love [name_u]Jory[/name_u] as a contemporary alternative to [name_u]Rory[/name_u]. It’s old but doesn’t sound it. [name_m]Jago[/name_m] would go wonderfully too, again it’s old (Cornish Jack) but doesn’t sound it. I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] is a very versatile name for pairing, it’s vintage but not at all unwieldy and can blend effortlessly with many styles without jarring. Excellent choice
I really like some of the names you’ve listed, especially Jude, which is my son’s name. I think it goes beautifully with Clara, as does Miles, Rory, Will/iam and Monty. Here are some names that might bridge the gap:

What about [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] [name_u]Montgomery[/name_u]? Then you have your [name_u]Charlie[/name_u], and his nickname could be [name_m]Monty[/name_m]. Plus, [name_f]Clara[/name_f] & [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] go together beautifully.
[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought for a compromise would be Oskar/ [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] . Your partner could have [name_m]Oz[/name_m] and you would have that woods / traditional name ! I actually love [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] ! They feel perfect together
Other names that I think [name_f]May[/name_f] combine your styles
Thanks, all! You merged our styles really well! I love so many of your suggestions, especially [name_u]Theo[/name_u], [name_m]Silas[/name_m], [name_u]Asher[/name_u], [name_u]Freddie[/name_u], [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] “Oz”, [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], [name_u]Milo[/name_u], and [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] “Cal”. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband liked [name_m]Ned[/name_m], [name_u]Ray[/name_u], [name_m]Hal[/name_m], and [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] “Freddie”. Tried to talk him into [name_u]Henry[/name_u] “Hal” but no dice.
[name_m]Frederick[/name_m] “Freddie” or [name_u]Miles[/name_u] appear to be our frontrunners. [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] feels a little stuffy to me, but maybe it’ll grow on me. Freddie/Fred alone feels incomplete.
It was suggested already, but I could see [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m] nn [name_u]Rafe[/name_u].
I also like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and:
[name_u]Walter[/name_u] nn [name_m]Walt[/name_m] or [name_u]Wally[/name_u]
[name_m]Roger[/name_m]
[name_m]Peter[/name_m]
[name_m]Simon[/name_m]
[name_u]Edward[/name_u] nn [name_u]Eddie[/name_u]
[name_u]Ellis[/name_u]
[name_m]Calvin[/name_m] nn [name_u]Cal[/name_u] comes to mind
What about [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] and [name_m]Oz[/name_m] could be a nickname? [name_u]Moses[/name_u] nn [name_u]Mo[/name_u] could potentially bridge the gap too.
What about: [name_u]Ira[/name_u], [name_u]Eli[/name_u], Bo/Beau?
