[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is gorgeous, it’s going to be hard suggesting a name that’ll live up to that it’s stunning.
[name_m]Asher[/name_m]: well [name_m]Asher[/name_m] is a gorgeous name but maybe a longer form would combat the popularity worries fit with [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. The only one I can think of is fairly popular as well: [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], or super weird, Ascarik. On second thoughts, I have [name_u]Ash[/name_u] as a nickname for [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m], might be a stretch for you but I think it could work.
Other [name_u]Ash[/name_u] names I think would suit [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] and are less popular as [name_u]Ashton[/name_u] and Ashwin, especially Ashwin, I had a school friend with this name and he said his name meant bright star or light, I’m not sure if it’s correct but that would be a nice tie in with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f].
Or, maybe a less intuitive nickname for [name_m]Asher[/name_m] like [name_m]Ace[/name_m] would make it more appealing.
[name_m]Booker[/name_m]: I have a blocked nose at the moment and booger is definitely what I’m saying. It is a really cool name but maybe something like [name_m]Brooker[/name_m] or [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] would work better.
On the theme of bookish things, maybe: [name_u]Story[/name_u], [name_f]Saga[/name_f], [name_f]Journey[/name_f], [name_u]Fable[/name_u], [name_m]Quill[/name_m]/[name_m]Quiller[/name_m], [name_f]Sonnet[/name_f]…
[name_m]Otto[/name_m]: [name_m]Otis[/name_m] could be an alternative, but it’s not my fave for your set. I could also see it working as a nickname for something like [name_m]Octavio[/name_m] (or variants like [name_m]Ottavio[/name_m], [name_m]Octavius[/name_m]) or [name_m]Othello[/name_m]
In terms of names of a similar style, this article had [name_m]Asher[/name_m], [name_m]Booker[/name_m] and [name_m]Otto[/name_m] as either a name or suggestion so maybe you could get some inspiration from there https://www.babygaga.com/20-unexpected-baby-boy-names-that-are-super-cute/2/?v=8
I will suggest [name_u]Finn[/name_u] or a [name_u]Finn[/name_u] name like [name_m]Phineas[/name_m], [name_m]Finnian[/name_m], [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] or [name_u]Finley[/name_u] though, I think it bridges the gap between all 3 of your names and works really well with [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f].

[name_m]Cassius[/name_m] [name_m]Daniel[/name_m] (or [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] or [name_m]Cassian[/name_m]… and the nickname [name_u]Ash[/name_u] or [name_m]Asher[/name_m] could be used)
[name_u]Everett[/name_u] [name_m]Daniel[/name_m] “[name_m]Rhett[/name_m]”
[name_m]Lucian[/name_m] [name_m]Daniel[/name_m]
