What would you name [name_m]Otto[/name_m]’s brother? If it helps, his sister will be [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f].
The only real parameter is that it must work in [name_m]German[/name_m] as well as English. So, nothing that starts with “J” or “W” or can’t be pronounced easily in other languages. I also try to avoid names with “th” in them.
[name_m]Felix[/name_m] - but not sure it works with our last name, as it starts with an “F”
[name_m]Philip[/name_m]
[name_m]Anton[/name_m]
[name_m]Louis[/name_m]
I really like a lot of “F” names, but my fiance has a first name also starting with “F” and he’s just not a fan of the alliteration.
I do like [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] and [name_m]Benedict[/name_m]. I also had [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] on my list rather than [name_m]Eduard[/name_m]. [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] is a great suggestion, that name actually has a lot of personal meaning for us. My only concern there is whether or not it “fits” with the other names.
Well, I’d never discourage anyone from using [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] it’s my all time favorite!
[name_m]Bruno[/name_m] and [name_m]Otto[/name_m] are great together! And if it has meaning to you on top of that, it seems like an excellent choice
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is enough of a classic that I can’t imagine it clashing with anything except for super trendy/misspelled type names.
I think [name_m]Bruno[/name_m] or any other name that ends with O is a little matchy to [name_m]Otto[/name_m], but, it’s not terrible. Since you’re considering them, I’ll include them. Maybe
