I love nameberry! Best names site be found thus far, it’s got such a stunning layout! I was just wondering, is there a reason why nameberry users can’t delete their account, change username, or delete a thread that they want gone? Thanks 
I think that the administrators don’t want people suddenly deciding that they don’t want their information on a public forum anymore and wanting it all deleted. Now I do think that they should allow deletion of threads in some cases; for example one time I made some errors in the creation of polls in one of my games (and had to re-do them), and I did lock those threads but there may be less clutter if the moderators could delete erroneous threads.
I thought you could change your username? That might just be me being strange, but I swear there is one user who has changed her name from @ebeneezer.scrooge or something to @emiliana… Or maybe I’m just seeing things. Anyway, sorry, just thought I would pop in.
@ciottolo - I think @ebenezer.scrouge emailed the admins and in some rare case they let her change her name.
Us moderators can delete threads if you accidentally include something very personal but it’s not really our place to be. Only if you include something VERY personal (ex. full name, specific location, workplace etc.) can we decide to delete the thread.

Or I think people get a new account. I have seen several people do that.
