Probably something foreign—but not too out there (needs to be pronounced in the US…without getting completely clobbered). I do not want names that top the popularity lists in the US. [name]Just[/name] getting some ideas…I’ve got time. And I change my mind a lot!
Currently, I am looking at:
[name]Natalya[/name], [name]Carys[/name], [name]Jacobe[/name], [name]Ksenia[/name], [name]Mika[/name], [name]Mila[/name], [name]Charlotte[/name] (may get too popular now), [name]Aria[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name], [name]Eleonora[/name], [name]Honora[/name]…
I loved [name]Evelyn[/name], but that’s topping the US lists right now. (Not top ten, but in the top 100.)
I guess the closest explanation would be the KS pronunciation is closest to the X in “six.” It is Eastern European, so I am sure there are other pronunciations (which means, I hesitate to use it…)
This isn’t a list I’m choosing from…I’m hoping for some new ideas, names I haven’t thought of…or wouldn’t think of! These names are just what I’ve come up with so far.
From your list I think that [name]Carys[/name], [name]Mila[/name], [name]Mika[/name] (is this mee-ka?) and [name]Aria[/name] would fit nicely with your other childrens names.
I think [name]Natalia[/name] (spelled this way) is beautiful but it seems a little too close [name]Nikolai[/name] to me and would leave [name]Remy[/name] the odd one out.
From what has been suggested so far the ones I love and think would perfect with your childrends names are -
[name]Danika[/name]
[name]Raina[/name]
[name]Anya[/name] or [name]Anja[/name]
[name]Katia[/name] or [name]Katya[/name]
[name]Bianca[/name]
[name]Esme[/name]
[name]Calla[/name]
[name]Zara[/name]
[name]Calanthe[/name]
This is a tough one I think you’ve been given great suggestions.
Lets see-
[name]Annika[/name]
[name]Ina[/name] - (ee-na)
[name]Brie[/name]
[name]Flora[/name] nn [name]Florrie[/name]
[name]Hilde[/name] (hill-dee)
[name]Ione[/name] (eye-OH-nee)
[name]Lina[/name]
[name]Mara[/name]
[name]Rania[/name]
[name]Yuna[/name]
[name]Vivica[/name] nn [name]Vivi[/name]
I guess feel that [name]Remy[/name] needs a sister with a short sweet name like hers. That’s just my opinion.
