[name]How[/name] many people have heard of the name Amris? I mean, when I tell people that’s my sister’s name, it causes a bit of this face: :?
And everyone who hears her name assumes that she is the most exotic person they will ever meet (it’s Oregon, people love hearing that we’re half Portugese, not Mexican). I think it’s exotic, and pretty, and interesting. But my parent’s didn’t chose it because of that. My Dad likes cars, and when he read the car color Amris, he liked it, suggested it to my parents, and thus Amris came to be.
But what does everyone else think of Amris? She has the nickname [name]Ami[/name], and does that work? Is there anyone you know name [name]Ami[/name]?
