I’m due with another girl this [name_u]December[/name_u] and I am at a lost for girl names.
I already have a daughter named [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. She goes by [name_f]Bella[/name_f] most of the time. I’d like to avoid another A name.
We were thinking of the name [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] with the nickname [name_f]Evie[/name_f]. However I’m not sure about it, not sure if it even goes.
[name_m]Just[/name_m] looking for names and some inspiration, thanks!
I think [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] would be perfect together. They are both frilly and feminine, and both have sweet and pretty nicknames (I especially like [name_f]Evie[/name_f]!).
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u] and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] do rhyme though.
Based on your daughter’s name and your other idea, I would guess that you like longer first names and short/one-syllable middles.
I like [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] (though I do prefer [name_u]Bryn[/name_u] on a boy), but the middles are too similar for my taste. Not sure if that matters to you.
My favorites for a sister for [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] are:
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u]
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliet/name_f
[name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
I think [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] & [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] are perfect together. I love [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] but am not crazy about [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] with [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].
[name_f]Arabella[/name_f] is frilly and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is unisex. Maybe another name like that?
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Riley[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Juno[/name_f]
Or for non [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] combos
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_u]Riley[/name_u]
OH, I like the sibset of [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. But I think the middles are too similar. Other than that it’s lovely!
I love [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] with [name_f]Arabella[/name_f], however I agree that [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] is to Rhymey with [name_u]Quinn[/name_u].
[name_m]How[/name_m] about
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Gray[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Beau[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Jay[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_u]Bryce[/name_u]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Lark[/name_f]
For other first name possibilities & combos
[name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]: [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] ([name_f]Etta[/name_f] or [name_f]Hettie[/name_f]) : [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] [name_u]Drew[/name_u]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] ([name_f]Emmie[/name_f] or [name_f]Lina[/name_f]): [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_u]Tate[/name_u]
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f] ([name_u]Clemmie[/name_u] or [name_f]Emmie[/name_f]): [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_u]Bryce[/name_u]
[name_f]Mathilda[/name_f] ([name_f]Tillie[/name_f]): [name_f]Mathilda[/name_f] [name_u]Beau[/name_u]
[name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] ([name_f]Tillie[/name_f]): [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] [name_u]Gray[/name_u]
I seen there was about a billion suggestions and I didn’t have the patience to read through them all, so I apologize for repeats. I just really wanted to dive right in because I love [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] as sisters, you totally nailed it! My only qualm would be [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] rhyming, like others have stated (read that part, lol).
I kind of tried to keep the middles short, since you might like that? Not sure, haha. I also like the way these sound, so I’m biased. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps, anyways!
I think [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] sound lovely together! But I wouldn’t use [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] since you used [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] (which I love…this is my youngest daughters first name). [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] would be my suggestion.
