Today I went to a kid’s birthday party, the birthday girl being my friend’s daughter. And I thought it would interesting to share the names, the age bracket ranges from 5-7 and there was a lot of kids.
I think I can remember all the children name’s that attended the party, but there is some nice gems in there that I have marked as my favourites with a * (Please note that I don’t know all the spellings, only the ones that used a name tag for the party games)
Twins:

I found it interesting that there was a lot of nice, offbeat names like [name]Beatrix[/name] in there so afterwards up until now I have been looking at popularity charts in my area and to my suprise most of them are in the top 100. The ones excluded are [name]Fiona[/name], [name]Amina[/name], [name]Caleigh[/name] and [name]Ivie[/name]. The only names I have been hearing lately are along the choices of [name]Ellie[/name], [name]Olivia[/name] and [name]Thomas[/name]…
I have to admit I’m only new to looking at the popularity charts and didn’t ‘really’ look at them when considering my daughter’s name…But it is interesting to hear what other children are being named.
