I’m 11 weeks pregnant, so I’m not sure if I’ll have a boy or a girl yet, but I am here to plan ahead!
First things first: I have wanted to name my son [name_m]Henry[/name_m] for eleven years now. I also love how it goes with my potential future daughter’s name, [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].
Now I know [name_m]Henry[/name_m] is quite popular in our community, but I’ve never met a little [name_m]Henry[/name_m] despite working in a public library, so I’m not at all worried there!
Now, for middle names!
As a Librarian, I’ve always wanted to have at least one of my kids’ names to be literary.
Here are my thoughts!
Atticus (To Kill a Mockingbird) *this has been my reigning favorite
[name_m]Peter[/name_m] ([name_f]Narnia[/name_f] & the Bible)
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] ([name_m]King[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and Mr. Weasley)
[name_m]Quinten[/name_m] (The Magicians)
Henry [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] does have a lovely flow!
Henry [name_u]Scout[/name_u] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Bastian[/name_m] also come to mind. For something a bit more out there I also love [name_m]Henry[/name_m] Mockingbird!
My surname is long and Danish. There’s a bit in there that sounds like the MUS in “must.”
I love [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Keats[/name_u]! I can’t believe I never thought of that. [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_u]Keats[/name_u] is my favorite poet.
