[name_f]My[/name_f] husband has just revealed to me that he wants nothing more (at the moment, at least) than to have a little [name_f]Gracie[/name_f]. He has decided, that if it’s a-okay with this Momma, that he’d like to name this baby girl [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. I have no idea how long he has loved the name [name_f]Grace[/name_f], but I wish he would have told me sooner! Lol!
Personally, I adore the name [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. It’s cute, short, chic, and feminine, but stands on it’s own, which I like. [name_f]Grace[/name_f] is not popular in our area–the last living [name_f]Grace[/name_f] I’ve met was my younger sister’s childhood best friend. Lol.
Now all we need is a middle name. We have a few ideas that I will list below, but feel free to suggest!
Again, any suggestions are much appreciated! Our boys are [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Holden[/name_m] “[name_u]Zooey[/name_u],” and [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], if it helps!
I adore [name_f]Grace[/name_f]! [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is perfect, but gas is not ideal. From your list, I like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Madeline[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], and [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]. A few more ideas:
I’ve always really liked [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. From your list I like [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Helena[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] (although GAS in not ideal)
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] (Still the GAS initials though)
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Lilian[/name_f] (This is my little cousin’s name)
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
Some other suggestions:
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Miranda[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Elena[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] was on my list awhile ago, and I still [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it. It adds a vibrant, modern punch to [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. I love the way you describe [name_f]Grace[/name_f] - it’s exactly how I feel about the name - charming, simple, demure, elegant, yet feminine and perky. I also like [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is pretty, but GAS is not, at all.
Your boys both have fairly literary names. I’m sure [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] has been used in lit somewhere, [name_m]Holden[/name_m] is a Catcher in the [name_m]Rye[/name_m] classic, and even [name_u]Zooey[/name_u] is a [name_m]Salinger[/name_m] name. [name_u]Harper[/name_u] reminds me of [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Lee[/name_u], and though I’m thinking [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] has roots elsewhere, I’m getting an [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]/Persuasion vibe. So, I’d go for something literary unique for [name_f]Gracie[/name_f] as well:
