A Name for my 3rd Son

Looking for a name for my 3rd son. We are a half Italian family living in the UK. I’m from the UK, husband is from [name_f]Italy[/name_f].

Our first son is called [name_m]Luigi[/name_m] [name_m]Isaac[/name_m].
Second Sons name is [name_m]Giuliano[/name_m] [name_m]Dominic[/name_m].

Our surname starts with an I.

Looking for some first & middle name suggestions please. We would like to keep to the same pattern, in having Italian first names & using a more well known name in [name_u]Britain[/name_u] for a middle name.

I especially love [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] and [name_m]Raphael[/name_m] from your first name list, but I think they would all work nicely as siblings to your boys.
