A name for our baby girl

[name_m]Hi[/name_m]
We have two boys and have been surprised with a baby girl due in [name_u]June[/name_u]. We are stuck on a name. Our boys are [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m]. If they had been girls they would have been [name_f]Laila[/name_f] [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. We still like (but dont love)[name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_f]Stella[/name_f] but the other two are no longer options. I like old fashioned girls names, which are seeming more common. I would like a name that isn’t unusual but not an everyday name. Some examples
[name_f]Lola[/name_f] (I get stuck on [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f])
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] (my fave but still not sure),
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] (not sure people would pronounce this properly and it would bug me)
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] (love the name [name_f]Eadie[/name_f], but is rhymey with our last name)
[name_f]Ayla[/name_f] ‘ah’ sound is too similar to [name_m]Jonah[/name_m]
[name_f]Ada[/name_f] same as above
[name_f]Norah[/name_f] same

Our last name ends in a strong ’ ee’ sound ruling out for me names such as [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] as they sound funny to my ear with our last name!

Middle name would be [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], if it suits first name.

Sorry that was long, my hubby has a name that he likes that I dont and now just dosnt talk about it. If I had a name I loved i Would be more interested but I am finding difficult.

I absolutely adore both [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and [name_m]Jonah[/name_m].
If I were naming a sister to those two, with your hard E ending surname;

[name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_f]Martha[/name_f]
[name_f]Astrid[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Tara[/name_f]
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
[name_f]Heloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]

I really like [name_u]Eden[/name_u] - it is my favorite name on your list. [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] would be lovely. I do like [name_f]Stella[/name_f] but [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] doesn’t work as a middle name. [name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_u]Eden[/name_u] is a great name that flows well. [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is another excellent choice and [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] work together. If it is your favorite name and your husband likes it is a well, perhaps that is what you should go with.

I am not a fan a fan of [name_f]Lola[/name_f] … Especially with [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m]. I don’t like [name_f]Ada[/name_f] and [name_f]Norah[/name_f] work with [name_m]Jonah[/name_m]. Since I pronounce [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] as [name_f]Isla[/name_f], I don’t see it as a problem with [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] but I think there would far more pronunciation problems with this name than with [name_f]Clara[/name_f].

[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and

[name_f]Ruth[/name_f]
[name_f]Joanna[/name_f]
[name_f]Sara[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Willow[/name_f]
[name_f]Susannah[/name_f]
[name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lulu[/name_f]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f]
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f]
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Phillipa[/name_f]
[name_f]Laurel[/name_f]
[name_f]Lois[/name_f]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f] or [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
[name_f]Trudy[/name_f]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Rhoda[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]

I like [name_m]Jonah[/name_m], [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and [name_f]Miriam[/name_f];
[name_m]Jonah[/name_m], [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and [name_f]Estelle[/name_f];
[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and [name_f]Lila[/name_f].

Good luck!

I was thinking because your boys are both Biblical names here are some girl names that aren’t SUPER common (like [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] or [name_f]Abigail[/name_f])

[name_f]Susanna[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Noa[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Mariam[/name_f]
[name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is cute
[name_f]Pricilla[/name_f]

some other older ones:
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
[name_f]Lucille[/name_f]
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Harlow[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]

[name_u]Eden[/name_u] isn’t an “older” sounding name it’s trending but it’s also Biblical that goes along with your boys names…so I think it’s still a strong contender

[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Eli[/name_m], [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_f]Naomi[/name_f]?

Thanks for everyone’s replies. We are not looking for a biblical name, although I know it would suit the ‘theme’ we seem to have going on. We are not religious so I’m not sure how we ended up with two very biblical boys names!
[name_f]My[/name_f] hubby is really liking [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and seems to think we have settled on that! It was my pick but I’m just not completely sure. I have loved names for so long and now we are getting another chance to name a baby I’m just not sure! Lol I’ll keep reading and looking for ‘the one’

[name_u]Love[/name_u], love [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. There is also [name_f]Amabel[/name_f], which I find very charming and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] or [name_f]Maeva[/name_f], which brings together many of the name sounds you love.

[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] / [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Mirabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Mina[/name_f] – especially love this as a nickname for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]
[name_f]Mara[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Mira[/name_f]
[name_f]Adele[/name_f]
