I recently saw the name Jasomé in a fairy tale called the Rat Catcher’s Daughter. The story was just a regular fairy tale but the name struck me as pretty. Not speaking French I’m not sure how it’s pronounced and I couldn’t find it on any name boards. Does anyone know how to pronounce this name or where it comes from? I would love to know what it means too. Thanks!
Looks like it would be jas-oh-may, but I’m not French either. I think it sounds pretty like that, though.
