A perfect gentleman than can drive a tractor

Overly specific search that search engines aren’t a big help with, crack open those family Bibles & scan through those family trees folks, toss some old English surnames my way, I want to hear about your 10xgreat uncle Freedom and so on…
*Three syllable names only
*The name can begin with
r (but not ru), t (but not th), m (but not mac or mc or mic), f (maybe) Z (possibly but not Zack) & H (maybe), B (maybe)
*Can end with -I (as in Eye), or -y (as in Zachary), & -d (like Ferdinand)
It needs to sound comfortable but not hyper common so Zachary is a no a Ferdinand is just a bit much.
I like girls names like & including
Verity & Rebekah & Katherine so picture him running around with them and boys like
Benedict & Alexander & Wyndam
My husband likes Hannelore & Havelock & anything that feels like its a real name in that David is fine but Davin is a spelling error because the names are close and that lends the question… Did they just switch out a letter and it irritates him. He likes names of things he likes like Zelda but he also likes Abigail so he’s just bury out and honestly atm we are ttc so we have time maybe, we have a bit of a gap here and this helps, the planning

Front runner
Malachi Fox Valor

Origins: English. German. Hebrew & possibly Norse. & meaning matters if you can find it.

Thanks for any help, this might be fun

Edited: I type a little fast and loose the point sometimes & I think it was a bit confusing… So I removed some explanation that was unimportant to my post

Well your letter restrictions make it tricky, but here are a few I came up with.

[name_m]Rolland[/name_m]
[name_m]Mordecai[/name_m]/[name_m]Mordechai[/name_m]
[name_m]Reinhard[/name_m]/[name_m]Reynard[/name_m]
[name_m]Rand[/name_m]
[name_m]Raymond[/name_m]
[name_m]Reginald[/name_m]
[name_m]Richmond[/name_m]
[name_m]Manfred[/name_m]
[name_m]Mansfield[/name_m]
[name_m]Ferdinand[/name_m]
[name_m]Fitzgerald[/name_m]
[name_m]Rodney[/name_m]
[name_u]Tennessee[/name_u]
[name_m]Zebedee[/name_m]
[name_m]Harvey[/name_m]
[name_m]Morrie[/name_m]
[name_m]Montgomery[/name_m]
[name_m]Humphrey[/name_m]

Thanks  doesn’t look like anything that clicks there, also yea its picky, and only 3 syllable names I think will work  any more thoughts?

[name_u]Everett[/name_u]
[name_m]Gideon[/name_m]
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u]
[name_m]Raphael[/name_m]
[name_m]Apollo[/name_m]
[name_m]Tobias[/name_m]
[name_u]Jameson[/name_u]
[name_m]Josiah[/name_m]
[name_m]Evander[/name_m]
[name_m]Barnaby[/name_m]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]

If you would consider 2 or 4 syllable names, you would have so many great names to fit your criteria. I would love to see:

[name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m]
[name_m]Cordell[/name_m]
[name_m]Calvin[/name_m]
[name_m]Walter[/name_m]
[name_m]Conrad[/name_m]
[name_m]Forrest[/name_m]
[name_m]Anders[/name_m]
[name_m]Levi[/name_m]

I think you need to reconsider your criteria and divide the list between must haves and preferences. Your current criteria are too restrictive.

[name_m]Rafferty[/name_m]! That’s about the only thing that fits with [name_m]Fox[/name_m] – which I love, by the way – of the names I found. Others {which are questionable}: [name_m]Ranieri[/name_m], [name_m]Morrisey[/name_m], Rockford, [name_u]Mercury[/name_u], [name_m]Zebedee[/name_m], [name_m]Melchior[/name_m], [name_u]Romany[/name_u], and [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m]. They fit all the specifications except for “comfortable” : ) Other than that… he might like [name_m]Raphael[/name_m], or [name_m]Tamerlane[/name_m]?

Abishai
[name_m]Zebedee[/name_m]- “[name_m]Zed[/name_m]”
[name_m]Timothy[/name_m], [name_m]Timofey[/name_m] or Timofei- “[name_m]Timo[/name_m]”, “[name_m]Tim[/name_m]”, “[name_u]Mo[/name_u]”, “[name_m]Timmy[/name_m]”
[name_u]Trinidad[/name_u] (reference to the holy trinity adds religious value)
Marceli
[name_u]Mercury[/name_u]
[name_m]Nikolai[/name_m] or [name_m]Nicolai[/name_m] or Nikolay- “[name_m]Cole[/name_m]”, “[name_u]Nico[/name_u]”, “[name_u]Nick[/name_u]”
[name_m]Mordecai[/name_m]
[name_m]Ferdinand[/name_m]- (this is sooo gentlemanly) “[name_m]Ferdie[/name_m]”, “[name_m]Dan[/name_m]”
[name_u]Flannery[/name_u]
[name_m]Alexei[/name_m]

Honestly, I agree with @southern.maple. I can’t come up with a single name that fits your criteria that hasn’t been suggested previously. It’s too restrictive and really, I don’t feel as though I could suggest anything other than what you already have.
