I wouldn’t mind dedicating a middle name to a mutually important family member, but it would be indirectly unless I truly loved the person’s first name.
- I have a lot of love for my dad and I love his middle name, [name]Adrian[/name], so I wouldn’t mind using it as a middle name for a boy or girl. [name]Adriana[/name]/[name]Adria[/name] for the girl.
I’d also consider giving a God-conscious middle name as well. I’m rather spiritual so.
I’m not too sure if I’d do either for certain though. But their middle name will definitely have a positive strong meaning.

[name]Amparo[/name] is a nod to the Valencian Community in Spain, which is where I used to live and am quite attached to. A possible mn for [name]Edmund[/name], though, would be [name]Unai[/name]. Since I live in the Basque Country, the idea of a Basque name is nice because I have a Valencian name high on my list for girls so I like the balance.
I also seriously consider András as a middle name, which is the first part of my mom’s maiden name.
My grandmother was a florist, so I feel like [name]Iris[/name] kind of ties in to that, though that isn’t why I picked it. -
