Expecting #2 (don’t know the gender yet). We’re fairly settled on [name_m]Leif[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], or [name_m]Milo[/name_m] for a boy (DH is Scandinavian, you as is our last name). [name_u]Baby[/name_u] is [name_m]French[/name_m], Scandinavian, and Irish.
We’re stuck on a girl! Mainly because I like so many, and he likes so few haha! He likes [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], as do I, but I’m not sold on it. We both like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] (was my first choice for [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], although she’s totally a [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]!). I’m having a hard time for nice flowing middles with either name.
My style is classic/vintage, elegant, not a huge nickname person. Please help with first/middle names! Other names I’m considering/love include:
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f]
[name_u]Arden[/name_u]
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f]
[name_f]Meadow[/name_f] (I know, total outlier but I love it)
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Noemie[/name_f]
[name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]Blythe[/name_f]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
I love your style! [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] & [name_f]Margot[/name_f] are my favorite of your options, but I also quite like [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. I would also suggest [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], [name_f]Abigail[/name_f], and [name_f]Edith[/name_f].
[name_f]Lovely[/name_f] names! I have to say that my favorties are [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Blythe[/name_f], [name_f]Esther[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].
I don’t think you could go wrong with any of these names! [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is beautiful and I think it pairs well with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]: sweet, vintage, but has a bit of spunk to it. [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] are my two favorite combos.
I can see why your husband likes [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] too. Such a classic name. [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] both have a nice sound to them. Good luck!
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] is beautiful!! I had also thought of [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] or [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], but I think I [name_m]Ike[/name_m] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] better.
We have such similar taste in names! [name_u]Love[/name_u] love love [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] and [name_f]Blythe[/name_f].
I’m one of the few on here it seems that does not see the appeal in [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], unless you’re really able to enforce the [name_m]French[/name_m] pronunciation, and even then. It’s severe and only charming (imo) despite itself.
