My #1 pick was [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]. Like [name_f]Delphine[/name_f], it’s vintage, [name_m]French[/name_m], and has that great “l” sound. Both names are also elegant yet lively. [name_f]Florence[/name_f] and [name_u]Simone[/name_u] were two and three. I really love your style!
I love [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]! I also liked [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Annette[/name_f] with [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] but find [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] to be the most striking of these.
I wanted to give [name_f]Simona[/name_f] a vote but I just don’t love it. I think [name_u]Simone[/name_u] would be a stronger choice.
I voted for [name_f]Florence[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Violet[/name_f] … but I really do love [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] with [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] as well.
I voted for [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Simona[/name_f], and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f].
Right off the bat, I’ll admit that I’m going mostly by sound.
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] sounded just so perfect with [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] that I had to instantly click that one.
[name_f]Simona[/name_f] sounds right, too.
For the third, I was torn between [name_f]Miranda[/name_f] and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]. I think that [name_f]Miranda[/name_f] sounded a bit better with [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] but I can’t shake the mindset that [name_f]Miranda[/name_f] is a “newer” name while [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] sounds vintage (maybe I’m thinking of [name_f]Miranda[/name_f] from [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f] [name_m]McGuire[/name_m], who remains my biggest pop culture reference for the name). [name_f]Lydia[/name_f], meanwhile, holds the same vintage charm that [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] does, so I opted for that one.
As far as ones that seem mismatched, I think of [name_f]Florence[/name_f]. It isn’t that it is mismatched, but it is moreso that the F sound is so prominent in both that it felt a bit matchy.
I voted [name_f]Florence[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Annette[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] could also work
Congratulations on the arrival of [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]! What a truly stunning name you chose.
I chose the sleek, feminine, understatedly chic [name_f]Florence[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] as the best matches.
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] works beautifully too, and had the simpler, more streamlined [name_u]Simone[/name_u] been an option, I think that would have got one of my votes. [name_f]Simona[/name_f] is a beautiful name, but I just think the more understated (and [name_m]French[/name_m]) [name_u]Simone[/name_u] world better with sister [name_f]Delphine[/name_f].
I chose [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f], & [name_f]Miranda[/name_f]…had [name_f]Simona[/name_f] been [name_u]Simone[/name_u] that would have replaced [name_f]Miranda[/name_f]. I like the [name_m]French[/name_m] vibe of [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] & [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] w/[name_f]Delphine[/name_f]. If [name_f]Violet[/name_f] had been [name_f]Violette[/name_f] or [name_f]Violetta[/name_f] I might have chosen that over [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f].
