This is a bit of a late announcement but five weeks ago on [name_f]April[/name_f] 27th we welcomed our team green baby to the world,
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] !!
I still can’t believe she’s here. My husband and I picked out this name in 2013 with our first team green little, who turned out to be [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u]. We have both been enamoured with the name ever since. Both the first and the middle have very special meaning to us which is probably partially why we adore it so much. Despite our love for the name we still searched for others just in case we didn’t feel the name suited upon the arrival. Runner up was violet [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]. Had she been a boy he would have been [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] or [name_m]Philip[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. We’ll save them for round three if we are so lucky

ps - Oh and nickname, I call her mostly [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] or [name_f]Posie[/name_f] for now, but we love [name_u]Joss[/name_u] for older. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the sound of [name_m]Ed[/name_m] & [name_u]Joss[/name_u]. Family and friends have been calling her [name_u]Josie[/name_u] or [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. I’m okay with any of them and it will come naturally which suits her as she grows. Who knows she may even want to be [name_u]Joey[/name_u]!
