We decided on [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] with hardly a discussion. It was a named I loved for years and my husband was also rather found of it. [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] is named after my grandmother.
We just found out [name_u]Baby[/name_u] #2 is a girl and we are thrilled! Her middle name will be from my husband’s side - we are still working on options - but her first name is completely open to suggestion up. I would love to hear what the Nameberry thinks! We tend to love classic vintage names that are not too popular but not unheard of either - although I do also have a soft spot for beautiful Hebrew/Israeli names. I am so looking forward to your suggestions!

I really love [name_f]Nora[/name_f] with [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] in terms of classic feel, with a similar ending and short sounds. I also think [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is such a soft match for [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] with a strong V sound to match [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]’s unique Z, and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is a fun, quirky option to match [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]’s spunkiness and unique letter too. So those would be my top choices!
