Hi, we’re expecting baby no2 at the end of this year and found out a few weeks ago that we’re having a girl, we already have a boy named [name_u]Harry[/name_u] and I was wondering if anyone could give me any names that sound good with [name_u]Harry[/name_u]? I’m a big fan of vintage/old lady names (I like [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_f]Vera[/name_f], [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] etc.) but my husband not so much!
My husband and I had decided on [name_f]Robyn[/name_f] but I don’t know if I’m kind of going off it a little bit? Thanks!
Oh, I love [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] w/Harry! Too bad you can’t get your husband on board. [name_f]Robyn[/name_f] isn’t bad. It’s unexpected & I like the bird imagery. It’s just one of those too masculine for a girl too feminine for a boy kind of names to me.
I generally think that old lady names would go great w/Harry, but I’ll try to suggest some none old lady names that work too.
[name_m]How[/name_m] about…

[name_f]Ada[/name_f]
[name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_f]Cate[/name_f]
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] nn [name_f]Cate[/name_f]
[name_f]Clover[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f]
[name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]Fern[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Frances[/name_f] nn [name_f]Franny[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Katherine[/name_f] nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u] or [name_f]Kitty[/name_f]
I personally like the [name_u]Robin[/name_u] spelling better, but it is slightly dated sounding to me (in US). [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] would be adorable, too bad husband is not on board!
These are vintage but not too old lady to me…
