Our baby girl, [name_f]Adele[/name_f], will be here any moment… And we still do not have a middle name for her. We have so many options still flying around, and nothing feels just right. I prefer single syllable names since her first and last are both two syllable. Our last name sounds like “engine”. The names we are considering are:
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] (currently the front runner)
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] (violet being the name I didn’t get to use for a first)
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] (family name, but I don’t love it)
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] ([name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is a big family name)
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] …???
I’m tired, and confused, and just ready for this baby girl to be here… Please help!
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] are all beautiful names.
That’s the order of my preference.
[name_f]My[/name_f] votes are [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] or [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] in that order. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f]!
I love [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], and [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] the most.
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is my favorite. I love shorter first names paired with longer middle names.
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is my second favorite.
I like [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] but the flow isn’t quite right. Would you ever consider [name_f]Adela[/name_f] if you want to use one syllable middle names? Another option is to have an ‘a’ ending middle name. I quite like [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Evelina[/name_f].
I know you wanted one syllable but what about [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]? I like the listed [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. I also REALLY like [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]! And the suggested [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], that’s beautiful! But I’m not a fan of [name_f]Adele[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. When said together it sounds too much like one word. To me, for names to go well with [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] as a mn it has to end in a vowel sound. Like maybe if you use the suggested [name_f]Adela[/name_f] with [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. Here’s a few suggestions I have though:
