[name]Love[/name] the name, and especially the meaning behind it. Kudos parents for picking such an awesome name!
[name]How[/name] do you guys like the name? Did the meaning make you like it even more, or still a little odd for your taste?

I think Cue is awesome! I was talking to my 11 year old step daughter the other day about names and she suggested Clue. Which I also thought was awesome!
I like the sentiment behind it, and I like the sound of “Q”… tbh, though, I just like Q, as a nn for something like [name]Quinn[/name] or [name]Quincy[/name] or Questin or something, much more than the Cue spelling. I find the sound appealing, but not really the look of it. Cue would obviously be more significant to them, though…
All I could think is that I hope this kid never, ever sets foot in a French-speaking country where cul (pronounced “cue”) is a vulgar term for bunghole. I don’t think anyone there could possibly say his name with a straight face.
It’s not something I’d pick, but I appreciate the sentiment behind it, and it’s not a bad name.
Funnily enough, they are Canadian, where French is the second language of the country. And I speak French fluently as well and that thought never even occurred to me! But now that you bring it up…
