[name_f]Ada[/name_f] is lovely - vintage, charming and works well with [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. It doesn’t feel wordy to me
Thank you! @Greyblue
@acorn.oak I LOVE [name_f]Ada[/name_f] so much! I think [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] is my favorite because [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] is more unexpected than [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] as a middle name. But use whichever name you love more. They’re both beautiful and they both work well. Not too wordy at all!
I hope this helps!
I love [name_f]Ada[/name_f]! It works very well with [name_f]Clara[/name_f] as a sister and with your last name. The only times I think [name_f]Ada[/name_f] feels too wordy is when it is “peared” with a food name, such as [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Plum[/name_f], [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Peach[/name_f], etc.
Thank you @namenerddoglover , I honestly think I prefer [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] for the softer sound but was worried it was not “sparky” compared to a sister named [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]. I have so many variations of “twin names” on my backburn… I appreciate the reassurance it was very helpful!
Thanks @namer_gamer ! I keep going round robin with possible name choices that I don’t know what sounds nice anymore lol
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] and [name_f]Ada[/name_f] are so sweet together! I prefer [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] Hen.ry to [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] Hen.ry, but both are good!
Thank you @readingreverie for replying! [name_f]My[/name_f] husband loves [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] as a set with our boys Lewis/Theodore. I think they both sound nice, so hard to choose! At least they both work so that’s a plus
@acorn.oak You’re welcome! I’m so glad I could help. [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] definitely work together. They are beautiful!
I say go for it!
I think [name_f]Ada[/name_f] is lovely
I think [name_f]Ada[/name_f] is warm, cosy, with a vintage feel. She’s definitely not wordy. [name_f]Ada[/name_f] for me fits into a lot of different aesthetics she has an old timely dark academia feel you can visualise [name_f]Ada[/name_f] in a dark moody library on a freezing cold winters day reading [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_f]Eyre[/name_f]. But I can also see [name_f]Ada[/name_f] walking along a windy beach wearing a big scarf collecting shells. She’s lovely!
[name_f]Ada[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] are a lovely sibling set so classic.
Regarding middle names I love [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] she’s very warm and happy sounding! [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] is sweet in a retro clunky cool way but I prefer [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]. [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Eileen[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] has a lovely sound too.
Thank you @tori101, I definitely love those aesthetics you described for [name_f]Ada[/name_f]! [name_f]Beautiful[/name_f]!
I also think of old library’s/Jane [name_f]Eyre[/name_f] and cold mountains [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_u]Monroe[/name_u].
[name_f]Ada[/name_f] Hen.ry is a very nice name. That’s delightful! I think [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] is my favorite for the middle, but that’s just arbitrary. 10/10!
I love [name_f]Ada[/name_f]! It’s on my short list, I think it’s a beautiful, simple vintage choice that has a lot of grace and charm. It sounds very nice with your middle options and with your surname. [name_f]Ada[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] are a very good match in terms of sisters.
Thank you @snowmaiden and @findemaxa13 for all the support, this makes me feel confident it’s the one
