Hello
[name]One[/name] of my top names at the moment is [name]Adam[/name]. What is your general impression of the name? Does he fit with siblings [name]Daisy[/name] and [name]Joel[/name]? I know loads that are of my generation but have not heard of any young ones myself: Does anyone know of any little [name]Adam[/name]'s?
Thanks [name]Val[/name] x
I don’t know of any little [name]Adam[/name]'s and I’ve never met an [name]Adam[/name] I like, but it does go well with the siblings and is a handsome name in general.
I know two [name]Adams[/name] who are in high school, but none younger than that. I think the name is handsome. It sounds great with your other names (though [name]Daisy[/name] is the odd one out with no Old Testament name!). The name sounds like a very attractive and confident guy to me.
I know one that’s a newborn and a bunch of little ones as well as plenty roughly my age mid-twenties to mid-thirties.
I dislike it, honestly it’s one of my least favourite non-New Testament Biblical boys names. I love [name]Joel[/name] immensely, for example, but [name]Adam[/name] not at all. It has a weak sound to me. The most positive association this '80s baby has with it is He-[name]Man[/name]. That’s all I’ve got. I like [name]Amos[/name] or [name]Aaron[/name] or [name]Ari[/name] much better.
That said, it’s not a tacky or trendy name, and not overused. It just doesn’t really work for me.
I graduated with an [name]Adam[/name] … he seemed nice
Also, one of my favorite musicians is [name]Adam[/name] Levine <3
Daisy, Joel & Adam … yep, I love it!
I really liked [name]Adam[/name], but DH nixed it. I think it’s an underused classic for sure! [name]Haven[/name]'t met any little [name]Adams[/name] in years!
I 100% agree with this. I like the name as a whole, but I have yet to met an [name]Adam[/name] that isn’t a jerk. Mr. Levine is the only positive person I can associate with the name.
Thankyou everyone. Still top contender for us then!
lol, it amuses me that people have only met awful [name]Adams[/name]! The only [name]Adams[/name] I have known have been positively wonderful, perfect gentlemen. My best friend in high school was named [name]Adam[/name]–he was smart, funny, charming, likeable. I don’t think anyone could make me laugh quite like he could. I had a coworker named [name]Adam[/name], too–he was a bit crass around the guys, but he was respectful and kind most of the time. I know a kid in high school named [name]Adam[/name], and a former pastor’s son’s name is [name]Adam[/name], too (he was around 4 when I knew him–he’s probably closer to 12 to 14 now), and both of them are great guys, too. I honestly don’t know a lot about [name]Adam[/name] Levine, but all the [name]Adams[/name] I’ve known have been so great. I love [name]Adam[/name], I think it’s timeless and a bit quirky (definitely fits with [name]Daisy[/name] and [name]Joel[/name]!), and I probably love it so much because of the [name]Adams[/name] I know.
I looooove [name]Adam[/name]!! The original manly man. I know an adorable little [name]Adam[/name].
[name]Adam[/name] needs to be used more often. It’s handsome and goes great with [name]Daisy[/name] and [name]Joel[/name]. I can’t say I’ve ever met an [name]Adam[/name], which is pretty strange now that I think about it.
[name]Adam[/name] is a great name!! It sounds darling with the other 2!!!
