I love a lot of male names that end in S - [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] and [name_m]Emrys[/name_m] in particular, but also [name_m]Miles[/name_m]/[name_m]Niles[/name_m]/[name_m]Giles[/name_m], [name_m]Silas[/name_m], [name_m]Linus[/name_m]… you get the idea. But our last name starts with S, so do you find these run into each other too much?

[name_u]Ellis[/name_u] Sw@tridge
[name_m]Emrys[/name_m] Sw@tridge
etc…

I go back and forth. On one hand, I don’t want to exclude a whole whack of names I really like, but on the other hand I don’t want a tongue twister. Thoughts?

I don’t think it’s a problem!

I also do not think it is a problem.

I think it depends on the name. For example [name_m]Silas[/name_m] Sw@trige has three s’s between first and last name. [name_m]Just[/name_m] speaking for myself, I wouldn’t go for it. However, I think every other one of your names go nicely with your last name and I wouldn’t let it hold you back! And you can always break it up with a s-less mn.

My view is that the name would definitely sound too hissy. Maybe you could find similar names that don’t end in s for each name? [name_m]Milo[/name_m] for [name_m]Miles[/name_m], etc
