Adding friends

Hey all,
I know this isn’t about baby names and I apologize for that but I need some help. I am new here (only been on for a week) and I just noticed that you can add friends. When I go to add a friend it takes me to a blank page and says the page is fully loaded. Has anyone else had this problem?
I use safari on my phone bc my laptop is out of commission so is this the problem?
