Advice on two middle names, please

We are considering changing my son (11mnths old) name from [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] Lastname (8 letters) to [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] Lastname (lastname 8 letters long). Any advice on two middle names in the US, especially with longer names (30 total characters).

I have two first names, a middle (that is my moms maiden name) and a last name. But it only has 20 letters. Honestly I love my long name but it is a nuisance. For some reason its hard for people to grasp and understand that I have 2 first names and a middle that looks like a last name. It always causes some confusion when filling out legal forms and stuff like that.
My brother has a first, two middles, and a last name (26 letters), and for him it has never been an issue. Other than running out of space on the state testing form, it hasn’t been a big deal for him. So all in all I don’t think it will be an issue just legal documents will be irritating to fill out.

Whereas 2 first names is difficult, I know a lot of people with 2 middle names and that is not an issue. I plan to have a Kyrra Reda [name_f]Marie[/name_f] at some point in the future.

My daughter has two middles but together they are only 9 letters. When filling out forms, it’s easy to fit that many letters in the middle name box. Two longer middles would be more difficult to fit for sure.
