I feel like they’re altered names.
Livian makes me think of a smoosh of [name]Livia[/name]/[name]Olivia[/name], and [name]Vivian[/name].
[name]Audine[/name] feels lacking.
Sorry but the combo doesn’t work for me. They blend into each other (Livianaudine) so they don’t flow well. The names both look like smooshes to me.
[name]Olivia[/name]/[name]Liv[/name]/[name]Vivian[/name] + [name]Ian[/name] = Livian
[name]Audrey[/name] + [name]Dean[/name] = [name]Audine[/name]
It’s beautiful. It sounds vintage but wearable for modern day use. Good choice and congratulations
Livian is gorgeous on her own, and so is [name]Audine[/name], but together they both seem like unusual alternatives to common names ([name]Olivia[/name]/[name]Vivian[/name] and [name]Audrey[/name]), and it just feels like you’re trying really hard to come up with something unique while keeping the sound of the popular names, and the whole thing has more of a ‘creative spelling’ feel than ‘reviving the classics’ feel, even if that is what you’re doing. It’s a little contrived. I would love Livian and [name]Audine[/name] as siblings, but not in one name.
Livian [name]Audra[/name] is a good suggestion, but [name]Audra[/name] is one of my personal favourites, so I’m biased I guess
[name]Liv[/name] [name]Audine[/name] is also better or Liviana [name]Audrey[/name]. I also like [name]Claudine[/name]. [name]Livia[/name] [name]Claudine[/name] is great ^^
[name]Audine[/name] reminds me a lot of [name]Nadine[/name], [name]Livia[/name] [name]Nadine[/name] sounds a LOT like Livian [name]Audine[/name] without using the super obscure variants.
You say you have a few names you’re considering? I would probably skip to another or mix them up a little to make it seem less try-hard.
Yeah, Livian is too much of a smoosh for me. It also sounds like a boy’s name, since -an is a masculine ending ([name]Lucian[/name], [name]Julian[/name], etc). And to top it all of, “Livian” sounds too much like “livid” and “liver”.
[name]Livia[/name], on the other hand, is a strong, elegant choice, and [name]Livia[/name] [name]Auden[/name] is lovely.
I don’t really like it, but I’m all for unique names
