Aenor, Ainor

Have you heard of these names?

[name_f]Aenor[/name_f], Ainor, Aynor?

I pronounce them EYE-nohr in my head but no idea if it is correct.

Any thoughts?

[name_f]Aenor[/name_f] = Eh-NOR
Aënor = Ah-eh-NOR
Ainor = Ah-ee-NOR (eye-NOR)

aenor used to be on my list !! i say ah-EH-nor. it’s behind eleanor (aenor → alia aenor (the other aenor) → alienor → eleanor), and was the name of eleanor of aquitaine’s mother. i’d say ainor and aynor as EYE-nor like you, but i don’t know if they have a precedent as names.

They look like AY-nor, but I think they’d be ah-EH-nor!

I’d province Ainor like eye-nor. [name_f]Aenor[/name_f] would be ay-nor or ay-eh-nor
